Really comfortable home from home with everything we needed. Lots of washing powder and an outside line for the fine days.Shops and restaurants close by and also free bus.What more could you want!!Perfect.

Sadly somebody had emptied the pantry cupboard of the few tea bags, sugar, olive oil etc which we leave there to help guests until they get to a shop ! Most guests leave a bit more too as they don't need to take them if they're leaving on a plane. There were coffee pods though. We have restocked it with those few basics. all the best Lesley

Close to some great shops and cafes.Suite was provided with most necessities but a little washing machine powder would have been appreciated.A very enjoyable stay was had by us.

We do usually replenish the washing machine powder, when we are aware it has finished, but as with all consumables, guests should be replacing those on an as needs basis. Clearly this hasn't happened and our cleaner hasn't noticed. Apologies. Glad you enjoyed your stay, though.

Thanks Steve Glad you enjoyed your stay. Yes, the carport was built in the 1970's when cars were smaller, so we do alert guests. We find if we reverse in (Landcruiser), it does work better. There are always the 2 visitor bays and a bay on the front verge which are more spacious too. All the best for 2024.

great spot

very convenient well set up small apartment, though with ample room for 3. Lovely courtyard to sit in , quiet neighbourhood though upstairs flat noise could be a problem for some.

We really enjoyed this little apartment in Subiaco. Parking was easy. The garden was delightful. When it was very hot outside we were completely comfortable inside.

A wonderful stay in Perth

Subiaco is Centrally Located

Neat tidy compact 2 bedroom unit. The unit has all the facilities needed and is warm and comfortable. The TV has over 100 channels and the Broadband wifi works a treat.It is a short walk to the famous Chez Jean Claude Patisserie in Rokeby Rd.

Our time in Subi

My husband & I stayed for a month and were joined by my sister for 21/2 weeks. The proximity to the train and selection of restaurants and coffee shops is excellent.The unit is small but adequate. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked. It was lovely to spend time in the courtyard but the aluminum table and chairs could be replaced
