'FLORIDA' - TRANQUIL BEACH HOUSE RETREAT

Ventnor is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Bordering on acreage farmland, 'Florida' is your little piece of serenity. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful native gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs. Inside is an open plan living area that includes kitchen, dining and lounge with a rustic wood fireplace. We are pet friendly and all bed linen and towels are provided.

The house is beautiful and me and my friends loved staying here. Bedrooms are comfortable, we enjoyed the DVD selection, and we loved dining outside on the deck. A lovely spot on Phillip Island, a bit quieter than Cowes. Highly recommend!

I found Florida the perfect stay for myself and dog. Clean, comfortable, all provisions neccessary were generously provided. Great back yard and only a short stroll to the leash free dog beach. We found the area quiet and peaceful, would highly recommend it, very reasonably priced also.

‘Florida’ was a very clean and tidy home and yard for the whole family (including the fur baby) to enjoy. It was well equipped with amenities and wood for the fire. Such a lovely quiet spot only a short drive from Cowes Main Street and the other island attractions. Thank you for having us.
