We had a wonderful week here. The views and the grounds are beautiful! Spent a lot of time outside - either on the dock or the patio. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved that it was walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Having the kayaks to use was an added bonus. Great communication with the hosts. Would highly recommend staying here!

Our host, Christina, was so responsive to our questions which made our stay very comfortable. The place has beautiful tropical plants, great dock and beautiful views. We were able to walk to town. A pick up is available on your private dock to go into town. We used it to have a boat take us to West Beach for snorkeling and back. We loved that our stay of 8 nights came with airport pick up and drop off. Our driver even stopped at a grocery store on our way which made our stay so easy and convenient! Loved our stay!

We spent a full week here. The privacy is everything, along with the dock. It’s a beautiful area to start your day off with a cup of coffee and sunshine. The landscaping was such an added bonus. Thanks for a great visit!

Beautiful Casa Amarilla

We spent two weeks at Casa Amarilla and loved the property. It was well designed and perfect for two people. The yard was beautiful, well maintained and the view on the bay was very relaxing. Restaurants and the half-moon bay were at a walking distance from the property. Deana and Mark were extremely helpful and very patient with our questions. We highly recommend the Casa Amarilla to anyone who want to spend a comfortable and yet quiet time in Roatan.

Wow!! Deana and Marks place was stunning. We were on a completely private oasis without a care in the world. Our wonderful hosts were extremely responsive to any and all questions. We grew up on the East Coast — Boston and New York — but our paths truly came together in California, where we met, married, and raised our family. My better half was born in Honduras, and over the years we’ve made countless trips to Roatán to visit family and reconnect with the island we came to love so deeply.
As a divemaster, I’ve explored many beautiful places around the world, yet few compare to the magic of Roatán. The crystal-clear turquoise waters, vibrant coral reefs, and laid-back island spirit are captivating on their own, but having family and lifelong friends nearby made it even more special.
During one visit, we decided to casually tour a few homes with a realtor simply to learn more about the market. To our surprise, we discovered what would become our dream home — RoseMary’s Bight House.
The name holds deep meaning for us. Located beside Mangrove Bight, the home also honors our beloved mothers, Rose and Mary, whose memories continue to inspire us every day.
With its tropical beauty, warm community, and endless opportunities for adventure and relaxation, choosing Roatán felt effortless. Whether we’re exploring the island, kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, diving, enjoying local cuisine, or simply unwinding by the water, there is always something to enjoy.
Roatán is more than a destination to us — it is our sanctuary. The only difficult part is leaving. We would love for you to experience and share in the joy of our happy place.

Guests can enjoy the convenience of being picked up directly from our private dock for excursions and activities, including water taxis to West Bay. For diving enthusiasts, several outstanding dive shops are just a short walk away.
We also provide private kayaks that can be launched right from the property, making it easy to explore the calm waters of the bay at your own pace.
And if you enjoy the nightlife of West End, you can leave the car behind and simply stroll home after an evening out.
