Come and enjoy this tastefully renovated 4 bedroom home which can accommodate up to 8 people. Situated in a central but quiet street.
Enjoy the space in this self contained accommodation with open plan living area and a second sitting room to enjoy the sun, read a book or watch television.
There are 3 queen bedrooms, master with ensuite and one bedroom has a king bed that can be split into 2 long singles on request. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The secure yard has plenty of room for the kids to run around. Fantastic undercover area with BBQ and outdoor dining.
Please note air conditioning in 4th bedroom only

We had a wonderful stay at Tracy’s property while visiting Goulburn for the Steampunk Festival. There were six of us - my husband and I, our two adult children and their partners - and the house was perfect for a family getaway.The kitchen was really well stocked, with plenty of plates and cutlery for everyone, so we were able to cook up a few feasts together. The beds were comfortable, the towels were lovely and soft, and the shower gel was much appreciated when we realised we’d forgotten ours. The ducted heating kept us cosy despite the chilly Goulburn weather.We brought along backgammon and UNO and enjoyed playing games together at the outdoor setting. Tracy was a lovely host and kindly offered us a late checkout, which we really appreciated.We made some very happy family memories here and would love to return at the same time next year for the festival. Thanks, Tracy, for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated home in Goulburn. The house was incredibly spacious and had more than enough room for all of us to relax comfortably.The location was perfect on a quiet street, which made for a peaceful and restful stay. The home itself was spotless, very tidy, and had everything we needed. The linen was lovely and soft, and the beds were comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out.Communication with Tracy was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. She went above and beyond by turning the heating on before we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch, and she also provided great recommendations for places to eat and things to do around Goulburn.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay.
