Beautiful cottage, plenty of room for the whole family with three ensuite bathrooms. Great kitchen and living area. Nice location with walks close to the rivers. Would recommend for families.

The location was great. Walking distance to the Main Street and cafes. Perfect for a family of four for the long weekend. Very spacious. Facilities were great. Beautiful old house filled with character. Highly recommend.

Loved the house, second time we have stayed. Disappointed that when we went to have a bbq on Saturday night the gas bottle was empty. Tried contacting Brooke but she did not respond until the next day. Had to cook all the meat in the kitchen.

We loved our stay at Charlotte's Cottage and have already recommended it to others. The house is charming and well situated in Echuca.The bedrooms are excellent with very good bathrooms and the kitchen and living rooms are large and comfortable.All in all it was the base for a very good holiday!

The first 2 bedrooms need beds and mattresses replaced. The 6 dining chairs require reupholstering. We felt like we were kids sitting at the adults table. Also the only chopping board I could locate was a small green one. The kitchen needs a couple of bigger ones.

Charlotte’s cottage is a beautiful home and extremely comfortable with every convenience available to us.It is a short distance to shops,restaurants and the Echuca port.We would highly recommend it to family and friends.

The moment we stepped inside it was breathtaking. It was like taking a step back in time. Every room was divine and with each bedroom having its own bathroom it gave us all our own privacy. It was the perfect sized home for the entire family and in the best location.

Beautiful older style weatherboard house with modern additions! Spotless and well appointed for 3 couples with each having their own bedroom and ensuite! Just a short walk to the pubs, cafes and shops in the Port of Echuca vicinity!

The house was beautiful with everything we would need. Kitchen was huge with everything we required. Beds very comfortable and great to have an ensuite with each room. Short walk into town and the river. Would definitely stay there again.
