This is our second year staying at this condo. Great condo and in a great location near shopping, bars and restaurants. Easy to book and access the condo. Secure parking and access to the beach is great. Move out is super simple. We hope to book again next year.

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay! There are just a few things that could make the experience even more comfortable for future guests. An updated TV would be a nice addition, and blackout curtains in both the living room and master bedroom would be especially helpful. The master bedroom gets quite hot and stays warm for most of the day, so blackout curtains could help keep the room cooler. We also noticed that the refrigerator had a difficult time keeping items cold. Overall, we had a great experience and would love to see these small improvements for future guests.

Amazing place. Walking distance to everything. Unobstructed ocean views. Great communication with the host made the whole trip seamless. Would definitely stay here again were we to return to SPI.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this nice condo and in South Padre Island. The hosts graciously allowed us to check out late as our flight did not depart until 8 p.m. on the day we checked out. The condo is at a great location, close to many of the island's fantastic restaurants. We also appreciated how the property is gated. We would certainly stay here again!

Great Stay for the Beach

Lovely beach front condo. So convenient for long days on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Assortment of beach items to use, which was a nice touch. We would definitely stay again!
