About this property

Centrally located, spectacular 3 bedroom luxury villa that sleeps 6, in a complex of 3 other similar 3bdrm units, all with contemporary design and modern furniture and amenities. These villas are located on the hilltop with spectacular westward ocean views only minutes from Hamilton Island Harbour and the main beach resort. This Villa is split level with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. The large living area is on the top level. Furnished with a 42" large Plasma TV and home theater, plus DVD, and a CD stereo (iPod compatible). Balcony doors fold away and opening the full width of the living room creating a spacious balcony. You will enjoy the evening spectacular sunsets over the Whitsunday islands. The balcony has an outdoor setting and a BBQ.
Master Bedroom - is appointed with a split/king size bed. Thus giving you the choice of a king size bed, or two king singles. You will also enjoy a generous built-in-robe with mirrored doors, DVD & LCD TV and an ensuite. The master bedroom also opens up to a balcony with more relaxing island views.
The Second Bedroom - split/king bed, giving you the same options and opens out onto the master bedroom balcony and a built in robe with mirrored doors.
Third Bedroom - has 2 single beds, can be a double, and built in robe.
The Buggy - you will have the exclusive use of an electric 4 seater complimentary buggy.
(NOTE: With the Complimentary Buggy there is a $12/day fee for mandatory Buggy Insurance)
These villas are good for large groups using all 4 villas in the complex to accommodate 20+ guests with 4 buggies and 4 kitchens. There is a small swimming pool and all the islands resort pools are available for your use. Contact me for group rates.

Hilltop Villa

Wow! This property had everything- views, buggy, linen, airport pickup and drop off, stocked pantry of basics and more. Plenty of room. Washing machine, dryer and clothes hoist with pegs. Great hosts who answered questions beforehand.

The best place to stay comfortable and an amazing view from the balcony, but there was a small issue which was the internet was not working that we couldn't use the TV, otherwise everything was good.

Perfect view

We were so impressed with the property. The views were amazing. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The ideal family apartment. A short stroll away from One Tree Hill and if you are lucky you’ll spot some wallabies grazing. The plunge pool was perfect to cool off after a walk home from the Marina. The inclusion of a buggy is fantastic to zip around the island, especially if you visiting in summer. If I was being picky, the bed in the master wasn’t that comfortable. Make sure you don’t take long showers as the hot water may run out. We would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to return to Hamilton Island.

Beautiful location, clean apartment and convenient with use of buggy to get a round Hamilton Island.

Great location and nice and clean. Buggy to get around the island was great. Air con upstairs wasn’t fantastic but we did visit in the middle of summer. We didn’t hear from the property manager in the lead up to the check in date however, so we were left unawares if check in process until we arrived at the HI airport. We had a valet transfer for our arriving flight but family members arriving by boat a little earlier than us were unable to find the property or contact the owner. Could have been some better communication here.
