Centrally located 2 Bedroom 1 Bath spacious condo

The well-being of our guests is very important to us. As proven by the many reviews, we take cleanliness very seriously. To further insure the cleanliness of the property, we have taken additional steps to thoroughly disinfect frequently used areas such as: Doorknobs, switches, handles, bedside tables, bathroom sinks, toilets, counters, TV remotes, and thermostat.

Spacious third floor condo with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, sun room and office space, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer Condo has a comfortable sofa sectional for your lounging needs, an entertainment center that offers a smart 42" HDTV flat screen television for all your entertainment needs. For those who prefer to spend time with a good book, you will find many novels and books to be enjoyed in the sunny sunroom where you will also find an office area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. For your sleeping comfort, the master bedroom offers a very comfortable and luxurious king-sized mattress, and the second bedroom offers a queen sized memory foam mattress. The bathroom is an oversized rectangular bathroom with a soaking tub/shower combination as well as a separate stand-up shower, double sink vanity with ample lighting, and a linen closet. The bathroom has two separate entrances, one through the master bedroom and another through the hallway for easier access.

My rental property includes

1) For your comfort, you will find freshly clean all white cotton bed linens and bath towels.

2) For your toiletry needs, you will find toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, liquid hand soap, Q-tips, and cotton balls.

3) For your entertainment needs, you will find cable-TV, Netflix, free Wi-Fi, and a variety of books and novels.

4) For your breakfast needs, you will find a coffee machine with coffee filters, a French Press, a tea kettle, coffee, non-dairy creamer, an assortment of teas, and sugar.

5) For your personal use, you will find a starter of laundry detergent for a couple loads of laundry, dish soap, and soap for dishwasher.

Community is close to transportation, within a pleasant walking distance to shopping and great entertainment including AMC Highwoods 20, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Panera Bread, Chipotle, sushi restaurant, breakfast place, and a variety of many more restaurants that include sushi, pizza, Chinese, to mention a few. Conveniently located with immediate access to I-75 and within minutes to Tampa Bay's world renowned beaches, Moffit, VA hospital, USF, downtown Tampa, Ybor City, Wiregrass Mall, Tampa Premium outlet mall, Bush Gardens, Adventure Island, Tampa Lowrey Zoo Park, Mosi Museum of Science and Industry, and much more. Orlando's Walt Disney World Resort and other theme parks within an hour drive.

We enjoyed the location as a "home base" for touring Florida. Our farthest drive was to Naples and it was still under three hours. The beaches at Clearwater, St. Pete, and Treasure Island were well inside an hour drive and wven Cocoa Beach was just two hours. Ocala and The Villages were an easy drive. The location just off I-75 and just north of I-4 allowed us to criss cross to Orlando and Lakeland with ease. We used the pool area and hot tub numerous times. I would like to have the pool heated but you can't have it all, but this place comes close.

stylish and clean property

We got to meet the owners, wonderful interesting people. The condo is exactly as pictured, neat, clean, comfortable, quiet, great floor plan and nicely decorated. There is no elevator, but the stairs are easy to negotiate. The condo is close to Hwy 75 making it easy to travel and get to all the Tampa locations. Very close by are many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and movie theater. We spent a lot of time at several beautiful parks biking, hiking and canoeing which is why we picked this condo. This is not a resort, but does have a nice pool, hot tub and gym. Visit the Ulele Restaurant, located on Tampa's River Walk, and learn it's rich history and great food. We went in March and enjoyed perfect weather.

Bed bugs!

The condo was decent upon first arrival. There was some small food items stocked, which was nice. The living room furniture was a bit worn and the condo smelled as if a pet had been there, like a dog. The carpets had stains on them. Overall, the condo was decent UNTIL I was bit all over by bed bugs!! I was able to collect some and place them in a cup for the owner to see. (I’m a nurse so I’m used to collecting them for proof of need to exterminate). Alexandra was very responsive to messages from the beginning. She was also very responsive when I called her at 1:30am to tell her what I discovered. She gave me a full refund of our stay and was very apologetic about this. The condo (without bed bugs) would be acceptable to stay in again if they swapped out the couch for a new one (perhaps vinyl or leather, not cloth), replaced the carpets, and got wooden headboards. The bathroom was the best part of the condo! It’s very nice with plenty of space and clean linens. The cleanliness could be better, too. Lots of dirt/dust around the beds and baseboards. Location is decent to USF, Walmart, restaurants, shops, etc. Neighborhood is quiet and complex appeared taken care of. I do believe the owner did not know that there was a bed bug infestation, and had she known, she would have taken all necessary measures to get rid of them before our stay.

I booked this property for a last minute getaway. I read all the reviews and even though there was a not so good review I felt confident booking this property as the majority of the reviews were 5 stars and I know that sometimes things happen but its not the norm. I am very glad I did. The place was super spacious and comfortable. Alexandra was available for any questions we had. I really appreciated the fact that there are condiments available. I also liked having the restaurant suggestions that are available in the property. Very close to MANY eating options, shopping, and entertainment. I will recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in a spacious and clean home.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for my birthday weekend. I loved staying here! It was very stylish and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the super comfortable bed. Glad I booked this property!

I was a little hesitant to book this property after I read a review about bed bugs but I also know that bed bugs have nothing to do with cleanliness and that it can happen even in luxurious 5 star resorts. I read all the prior reviews and saw that this property had excellent reviews. I contacted Alexandra and she reassured me that she had taken care of the issue and that other guests from other sites had already stayed there with no issues. I am so glad I decided to book this property. It was very clean and organized with plenty of space for me and my family of 4. The community and area are very nice and safe. There are plenty of dining and shopping options in the area. The property is super close to the highway I-75 which made getting to the beach a breeze. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Tampa.

I have owned this condo for the past 15 years. I am a mother of two beautiful children. My husband and I love to travel to new places and learn more about different people and their cultures. Through our many travels we have learned so much about what makes staying in a home a more comfortable experience rather than staying in a hotel. This is one of the reasons that motivated me to offer my condo as a short term rental rather than a traditional lease. While furnishing the condo, I focused on elegance, comfort and simplicity while making sure the place always remained a functional space.
In the past I owned and operated furniture and designed stores in the Tampa Bay area. Now I dedicate myself to homeschooling my children and taking care of my customers. I hope you will feel at home when you decide to make this condo your temporary home.
