The Space:

Sunset View is a spacious, newer West Twin Lake home designed for comfortable year-round getaways. The home features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, beautiful lake views, generous gathering spaces, and Starlink internet.



An additional suite attached to the garage includes a queen bed and full bathroom and is available May 15 through October 25 only.



Outside, guests can enjoy plenty of room to play and relax, a large deck, outdoor grill, firepit surrounded by upgraded Adirondack chairs, and cornhole. Two kayaks are also available for guest use during the summer months.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the home, outdoor living areas, lakefront, and large deck. Enjoy plenty of outdoor space for relaxing and playing, along with two kayaks during the summer, cornhole, an outdoor grill, and a firepit surrounded by upgraded Adirondack chairs. During the seasonal period when the bonus suite is included, guests also have access to that suite.



The Neighborhood:

Sunset View is located on West Twin Lake in Lewiston, Michigan, in the heart of Northern Michigan. Enjoy lake living while staying close to downtown Lewiston for restaurants, shopping, golf, trails, and year-round recreation.



Traveling with a larger group? Sunset View, The Stone House, and Veeder Lodge are neighboring vacation homes. When availability allows, guests can reserve two or all three properties—perfect for extended families and groups who want to vacation together while still enjoying their own space.



Getting Around:

Parking is available on the property. A vehicle is recommended for exploring downtown Lewiston, nearby lakes, golf courses, trails, and other Northern Michigan attractions.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM

• Check-out: 10:00 AM

• Pets are not allowed

• No parties or events

• The home has a Smart TV but no cable. Guests may use their own streaming services.

• A 4-digit entry code will be sent the day before check-in.

• There is a $50 cancellation fee

• The seasonal bonus suite with a queen bed and full bathroom is available May 15 through October 25 only.

• For guest and property security, there is one outdoor doorbell camera.
