This place is in a great location. The suite itself is awesome. Underground parking was a plus. You can easily walk to downtown Canmore from here too.

Fantastic property in a fantastic location. Extremely easy access to the town of Canmore and the Roam bus to Banff. The property felt very comfortable and home-like with a really nice balcony. The pictures are 2 views fro the balcony.
This was a lovely and big 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Canmore is a beautiful town and the condo balcony has amazing views of the mountains. I would recommend a group of 4 stay here.

We live in Spring Creek Mountain Village. We retired to Canmore from Edmonton and have owned property in Canmore since 2007. We are avid skiers, hikers and enjoy going downtown daily for coffee at Beamers to mingle with friends. We purchased this home to live in for a few years and now live in a townhome on the creek. We wanted to open our condo up to others to enjoy the area and mountains that we enjoy each and every day. We choose this condo the day it went up for sale so that we could ensure we had a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain ranges and the beautiful courtyard. We are always willing to recommend our favourite activities, restaurants or coffee shops.
