Chalé Pedra do Gravatá is located on Lumiar - São Pedro da Serra road in a wooded property of 2,200 m2 with wet sauna (hammam), barbecue, wood stove with oven, pizza oven, games room (pool), living room with TV and 3 bathrooms (1 of the suite, 1 for the bedroom and another in the sauna).

On the upper level of the cottage there is a large bedroom for up to 4 people (one double and one bunk bed) and a "Presidential Suite" with a super cozy king bed.

The furniture of the Chalet are rustic, manufactured in the city of Tiradentes / MG.

The condominium where the property is located is within a reserve with environmental protection, with perception of silence, green and birdsong.

Casa muito aconchegante

Eu e minha família adoramos a casa do Walter. Ela é realmente como nas fotos e na descrição e muito aconchegante, não deu vontade de vir embora. Todas as comodidades estavam funcionando perfeitamente e a casa é muito bem equipada. O Walter foi super atencioso, prestativo e a comunicação com ele foi excelente. Ele e sua esposa possuem um ótimo bom gosto, a casa é muito bem decorada e muito bem cuidada. Eles pensaram nos mínimos detalhes para deixar a casa muito bem preparada para os hóspedes. Obrigada pela recepção e por toda a atenção.
