Holiday villa with swimming pool, Provencal style with garden of around 1500 m², comprising living room, dining room, large kitchen, and 7 bedrooms, can accommodate up to 12 adults and 3 children (5 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, and a bedroom with 3 single children beds). It is located on the upper part of the cape, in a quiet area, 200 m from the Grand Hotel du Cap-Ferrat. Ideal holiday location located between Nice and Monaco, to spend holidays with family or friends. Passable beach, located a few minutes away, has a private area with mattresses and a restaurant. From the port of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat you can go on an excursion, rent a boat, or go scuba diving. Villefranche-sur-mer is a stone's throw away and you can stroll through the old Villefranche.
