We welcome you to our 195 m2 villa with swimming pool on 1500 m2 planted with trees on the edge of Golf Cabriès Calas (between Aix and Marseille). Built in 2009, our house is not overlooked in a secure subdivision (electric gate). You will have 5 closed parking spaces (electric gate). You are close to all amenities (village shops 5 min walk and 10 min from the Plan de Campagne shopping area) and all major highways. The house is 5 minutes from Aix en Provence TGV station and 15 minutes from the airport.

In absolute calm, you can enjoy the swimming pool (with alarm), a terrace, a sheltered summer kitchen with table, chairs, toilets, barbecue, top fridge and pergola with garden furniture.
