About this property

In the heart of the Luberon natural park.

This farmhouse, ideally located in the town of Bonnieux, will be an excellent base for you to discover Provence.
Three kilometers from the village, surrounded by vineyards and lavender, nothing will disturb your rest by the pool. Calm and serenity are guaranteed in this 14-hectare property with views of the Luberon, Mont Ventoux and villages.
Only the ground floor of the house is rented, the floor is unoccupied. The entire property and the swimming pool are dedicated to you. There is no opposite and the first neighbors are 200 m away.


5 Places + cot

Description:

- Landscaped garden with Provencal species, salt pool of 10.50 m X 4 m (large submerged beach, ideal for young and old, secure).
4 sun loungers and a garden set are at your disposal, as well as a large parasol.
- Terrace with 6 seater garden furniture, electric barbecue and wood barbecue.
- Large living room, fully equipped fitted kitchen, shower room, WC.

· Dishwasher, toaster, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, 4-burner stove and oven, microwave, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, ironing board and iron
· 3 seater sofa and 2 1 seater armchairs, base table, TV (102cm LCD flat screen)
· Storage sideboard, table, 6 chairs (baby booster on request)
· Bathroom with shower cubicle, vanity unit, heated towel rail and electric heater, wc, washing machine, hair dryer.
· WIFI internet access.
- 1st bedroom: 1 bed 160, 1 bed 90, 1 baby cot (on request), bedside tables, wardrobe
- 2nd bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside tables, large closet.

Weekly rental only, reduction of € 100 if booking for two consecutive weeks.

· Rental is available on Saturdays from 4 p.m. and ends on Saturdays at 10 a.m.
· For reservation: 30% deposit within 15 days after receipt of the rental contract. Payment in full 1 month before rental.

· Deposit: € 500.00 given on arrival and returned on the day of departure (check not deposited).
Exit cleaning: 60 €
