The concierge service was excellent! With four teenagers, the pool, ping pong table and pool table were great to have to help keep them off their devices. We also appreciated having access to the private beach and the convenience of it being such a short walk to get there.

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful house in Playa del Carmen with our extended family of 14, including a 6-month-old baby. Great space for large group - we were 17 guests. Excellent area in a gated community with nice amenities. Daily chef and cleaning services were a huge bonus. The concierge and host communication were top notch and very responsive at all times. Highly recommend and thank you again for a great stay.

Awesome Stay

This property was awesome. There are a ton of beds, basement with games was really fun, pool was great. The house is in a gated community which felt very secure. Most importantly, I can't recommend their concierge service enough. We had two meals which were excellent, the cleaning staff was very convenient, and all organized by Mauricio which was really easy. Really great time!

Amazing Bachelorette Weekend!

I rented this villa for my bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect getaway! We loved the security of the gated neighborhood along with all the amenities. Great Property!

Everything was as-advertised. House was well-kept, modern and spacious. Pool area was great to hang out. Beach club works nicely and is a nice perk to hang out. Definitely recommend getting a chef, although kitchen is adequate for cooking and many restaurants downtown are only a 15-20 minute walk.

Amazing villa

Our stay at Villa Pearl was amazing. Perfect size for a group of 16 people ranging from 2 year old to 60; the 5 children enjoyed having a shared bedroom. Playacar couldn’t feel any more safer and the walk to the beach wasn’t a burden at all for anyone. The private access ensures that we have plenty of place to setup camp and swim in the ocean. Mauricio is super helpful and his contacts make it very easy to arrange tours or organize transport around Playa del Carmen. Although I can’t really compare, I would highly recommend a swim with the turtles at Akumal and — everyone’s favorite — a visit to a cenote nearby. A week goes by so extremely fast, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Great house, great location

Overall a very nice place!!! Our concierge was amazing. The walk to the beach is literally only 6 minutes. The pool, pure awesome. A few things to be aware of: - make sure you know how to get through the playacar gate reliably. We ran into problems a few times. - while the cleaning staff is great, they showed up every morning at 9. This meant we were still waking up and getting ready for our day, while the cleaners were here.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home in Playa del Carmen! Everything was just as described in the listing—clean, spacious, and well-equipped to handle our group of 15 (three families: six adults and nine teens).The highlight of our experience was hands down the service. Mauricio, the concierge, was outstanding. He was attentive, friendly, and always available to help with anything we needed, from local recommendations to coordinating transportation or activities. The daily housekeeping staff kept the place spotless and refreshed the towels daily, which was a huge bonus with such a large group.We also opted for the private chef service (available for an additional cost), and it was absolutely worth it. The meals were delicious and made our stay feel like a true vacation, with no stress around cooking or cleaning up.The location was great—about a 5 to 8-minute walk to the beach through the entrance near the Reef Resort. While the beach was lovely, we actually spent most of our time enjoying the private pool, which quickly became the main hangout spot for both the adults and the teens.All in all, this house was the perfect home base for our group. We’d absolutely return and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, well-managed property with top-notch service.

This place was AMAZING!!! We had a Bachelor party of 10 guys and had more than enough beds/room to accommodate so that everyone could have their own bed. We had housekeeping come in every morning around 9 to make sure we had enough towels, toilet paper, etc. Mauricio was our personal Concierge and he was super accommodating and helped us with anything we had questions about. Airport pick up and airport drop off included was super helpful and the communication and direction was superb. This place is probably a 10-15min walk from 5th Avenue and the Ferry Pier to Cozumel. The private beach access was cool with super clear water. It's very likely that we will be back here again when visiting Playa Del Carmen

The perfect getaway

This house was the perfect centerpiece for our trip! 11 friends and I stayed here for a week in early July 2023. It was exactly as pictured -- spacious, luxurious, and fun. Mauricio and the whole staff were amazing!! The maids did excellent work, and Mauricio was always a quick WhatsApp message away with great recommendations (as well as helping plan excursions for our large group!) From the house, it was easy to walk to the beach within Playacar (the walking path takes you through the forest and past Mayan ruins, very cool) straight to beautiful blue oceanfront. The walk into town is also easy, just ~10/15 mins through the gated community and then you're right there among the shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this place and all it offers! Everything about it was easy and reliable.

Awesome house with bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Great for family of 9 we all had our own space and plenty of community space. Pool was awesome. Stove did not work that great and we wound up using a plug in cook top. Rental states that that it come with washer dryer, which is the same machine, could not figure out how the dryer worked. No biggie.

WHAT A WEEK!!!

We had the most incredible week at the Villa Pearl. The house is modern, clean and very spacious. Our group of 9 best friends spent majority of our time by the pool. It's a great size and was cleaned daily by pool staff very early in the morning. Each room is a good size and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped so we cooked a lot. The BBQ was also really clean & good for grilling. The concierge Mauricio was so friendly and his response time was so quick, usually responding in seconds. He had our fridge stocked for our arrival and provided great suggestions for restaurants, beach clubs and organised a private van rental for us. Incredible!!! The cleaning staff were top notch as well. Their daily visits left us feeling very fortunate and taken care of! The location is amazing - totally walkable to Playa but cabs are easy & cheap to go back & forth if it's too hot. I cannot say enough good things about Villa Pearl. We all said we would love to go back. Thank you for a very memorable week!

21st Birthday Celebration

We just completed a four-night, five-day stay at Villa Pearl and our expectations were more than met. The host, concierge and cleaning team were top-notch and responded to our questions and needs in a timely and professional manor. They also arranged transportation from and to the airport, which took a lot of the tedious planning out of the equation. Our group was large (10) and our concierge, Mauricio, went above and beyond by providing restaurant recommendations (El Fogón for a fantastic local eatery!) and arranging last-minute transportation to a local cenote. Each morning, precisely at 09:00, the cleaning staff arrived and ensured we had plenty of towels, bottled water and clean floors and dishes. The proximity of the property to beaches and 5th avenue along with its size make this a great house for large groups wanting to all gather under a central roof. I'd definitely recommend Villa Pearl to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen!

Amazing Property, Amenities & Staff!

I was lucky to be one of the first guests in the house. The owner has really done a fantastic job building this one, which has a prime location, luxurious amenities and rooms. You can really feel like there has been a lot of effort that has been put into the details such as bathrooms, kitchen , the pool and even the barbecue outside. Everything is TOP quality. We love hosting big dinner tables, and this place is paradise for this, either with the table by the pool or the fantastic dining table in the dining room. I really liked the feeling of the house, being sipping a glass of wine out the patio, by the pool or on the balkony. It is the perfect place to come with your family and friends and host a great dinner. The concierge Edson booked for us a chef to cook for us while we were in the house, and he was super responsive and professional and answered the best he could any of our requests. I have rented a lot of houses around the world, but here the owner really makes you feel special.

This place is amazing! Truly paradise

Look no further - you have found the very best house in the Caribbean! We traveled with four families - 8 adults and 9 kids ranging in age from 6-12. The house was even more Amazing than it appears in photos and every single one of us was in heaven. Jasmine and her staff have thought of everything. The living room is quite big and perfect for a large family or get together. The beds and bathrooms were are very clean and comfortable. I will highly recommend anyone to stay here if you are planning to visit Playa del Carmen. The house has plenty of room (inside AND out) for the group to be together while everyone also has their own space. The pool is perfect - great walk-in entry and a beautiful "infinity" edge and, of course, it is ALWAYS clean. The staff is the perfect mix of attentive, friendly and professional. We enjoyed outings & massages recommended by the Concierge and they were PERFECT! Your Concierge will be there for you every step of the way, whatever you need or whatever questions you have during planning and throughout your stay. In short: look no further - you really have found paradise with Villa Pearl!

Lots of Space, but Not Cozy.

If you are looking for a house that will accommodate a lot of people, this is great. However, please note that while there are is a ton of sleeping space, there is not a lot of "living space". And what seating there is in the living room is not very comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but I would have preferred staying at a different location. Property Pros: The concierge was wonderful and answered questions prompltly. Property was clean and well managed. Property Cons: Very, VERY stingy with towels. Our family of five was given five bath towels and five beach towels. There is a daily cleaning service and more often than not, she would take our towels while leaving none in return. I found this to be annoying. Also, no kitchen towels OR papertowels were provided in the kitchen. Location is not ideal. It is a good walk to all the restaurants on 5th Avenue, more like 15-20 mintues. It was ten minutes just to walk to the gate of the complex.

Thanks for your review. It is a pity that you write a lot of things that were bad. You were asked every day if everything was okay and your Whatsapp were always very enthusiastic. Never a word about not having enough towels etc. It would have been nice if you had let us know immediately. If you say everything is fine we can't improve
