This is an older condo that is actually used by the owners and they like the feel of their unit. Nothing is misrepresented in the pictures. Almost all beach condo's are regularly undergoing some kind of maintenance as the salt air is very harsh. With that said, we are sorry you did not enjoy the condo but hope you were still able to find some joy during your vacation.

We are sorry you thought you would would show up to something different but we try to represent exactly what the property is. Most of the year the owner of the property lives in it and is happy with his home.

We are sorry broken glass was found at the beach and thankfully, your kids were not cut. The HOA is working on repairing the decks throughout the complex. Maintenance and upkeep is a regular thing with the salt air and weather. We hadn't noticed an issue with the AC cooling the second floor and we will certainly look into it, thanks.
