Five stars for sure! Beautiful location! Quiet and very comfortable. Hosts very friendly and responsive! We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Scottsdale area. We loved the jacuzzi and watching the night sky - we saw shooting stars every night!

A vey comfortable SW decor surrounded by dessert nature. Excellent location for hiking or just resting by the pool. All of homes amenities with gracious hosts. Can’t wait to return.

Amazing views

We booked this place on a whim one night and I can’t tell you how many times I was thankful for that choice during our stay. It was absolutely perfect in location, and the scenery was breathtaking. Everything was incredibly clean and so much thought went into the details to bring the comforts of home to your stay. Check in and out was easy and both Yvonne and Billy were gracious hosts who gave great tips on places to hike and restaurants to visit. This was the perfect little romantic getaway, we cannot wait to visit again.

Awesome Casita

My husband and I stayed here and it was everything and more. Yvonne was so sweet and very quick to reply to all of our questions. The Casita had everything you would ever need. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood. Having coffee out by the pool in the morning was so peaceful. The property was spotless and well kept. Frankie their dog is also very sweet. We would recommend this Casita to anyone. Thanks for sharing your little slice of heaven with us.

Welcoming Desert Getaway

This desert location was perfect for our Scottsdale getaway! It was close to everything we wanted to explore but remote enough to feel the peace and quiet and enjoy the beautiful stars in the sky at night. The casita is spacious and well equipped and has tons of character. Yvonne and billy are very welcoming and available when you need them. We would definitely return to this great spot in North Scottsdale!

Pool House in North Scottsdale

This was a unique and wonderful property, with very welcoming and friendly hosts! There was tons of space around the property to use, including some unique pets that we enjoyed seeing. The pool house was very well stocked with everything guests might need. Our only cautions for future guests are that the pool water was unexpectedly quite cold, although very refreshing (and a beautiful pool), and the pool house itself could be a bit musty when the A/C wasn't running. But overall, a very enjoyable stay in a great location!

Shower water pressure very average and it took 5 minutes to get warm water not hot water. However, the property sat on 5 acres, setting gorgeous, beautiful views, huge 2 tiered patio and was very comfortable

A beautiful, remote location. Owners very responsive, helpful and sweet. The casita is lovely and very comfortable. Unfortunately, it is very remote so cell signal poor and they have almost non-existent wifi, though emails can get through. Pool is unheated and hot tub takes 40 mins to heat after notification, if they have propane. They have two very friendly, well-behaved dogs on the property and two African tortoises which make it interesting. However one morning the dogs had a barking frenzy starting about 7 am for about an hour and a half.

Not what I expected

VRBO says that all security cameras cannot be allowed on the property. There were three hard wired security devices in the home. The Security device was ADEMCO N8743-3. One device was located in the living room One located in the kitchen area pointed towards the bathroom area and shower area. The other was located behind the door in the bedroom that could not be shut due to the bed being to large for the room. The cushions were torn on the patio , pool was dirty, landscaping not kept up and the furniture in the house had dog hair / scratches on it. Just not what the pictures looked like. Nice people

This place is so cool. Scottsdale and the surrounding area are very nice. A wonderful spot to jump from to get to Northern AZ. Yvonne and Billy are the best hosts. This Casita is on their property so hosts are easy to access. Such a nice balance of hosts being involved as needed. Yvonne even got my wife’s luggage in for her. We feel lucky to have met them and loved all Yvonne’s suggestions. Went to Phoenix for a concert. Old Town Scottsdale Sculptures and Rusty Spur. Local Hiking at Brown’s Ranch Pinnacle and Tom Thumb. Shopping at Mall in Scottsdale. Groceries and Ice cream at AJs and Handels. Toured north Monument Valley Wapatki Walnut Canyon and Craters of the Moon. Feeling Blessed. Worship on Sunday - 20 minutes.

Memorial Day weekend

From the moment we got there we got greeted at the entrance, owner Ivonne helped us carry items to the casita. She showed us where everything was, and was very welcoming. This was an excellent stay and we will be definitely returning!! The swimming pool was amazing! Beautiful Desert landscape as you swim.

Beautiful place to stay! We had excellent communication. Yvonne recommended wonderful dinner places. Yvonne and Billy were as involved as we needed them to be but gave us space to just relax and enjoy being in beautiful Arizona. Would highly recommend!
