Beautiful apartment on the ground floor of a villa, located in a quiet subdivision 1.5 km from the city center and the Ile Rousse beach and the village of Monticello.

Composed of a living room (sofa bed, flat screen) overlooking the mountain view garden with a barbecue on the terrace, kitchen area (microwave, oven, gas hob, fridge, washing machine), 1 bedroom (1 140 cm bed) ) linen provided, bathroom (shower) with WC, barbecue in the garden.

Bungalow était très agréable et très propre! Avec un jolie jardin bien ombragé par un grand Olivier ! La climatisation était un vrai plus car ils a fait très chaud pendant notre séjour.La propriétaire était très sympathique et aux petits soins !Tout était parfait

Logement identique aux photos, les propriétaires sont très discrets ,le calme est incroyable, nous avons toujours profiter de l extérieur pour les repas,ombragé par le chêne vert, je recommande cette location. Merci Houda pour le bon raisin de la treille.

L'appartement est bien situé, au calme .Plusieurs plages turquoises sont accessibles à moins de 20 min en voiture. Il est fonctionnel et propre. Houda est une hote réactive et attentionnée.

Ich war im Juli 2026 für 10 Tage in dem schönen Bungalow. Es ist alles da was man braucht und der Bungalow ist sehr sauber. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohngegend ist sehr sicher und mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell an den tollen Stränden und in den Bergen. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Tres bon séjour

Location fidèle a l'annonce, très agréable. La clim est appreciable en forte chaleur. L'emplacement est idéale. Petit bemol pour le couchage du canapé lit qui serait a renouveler.

Kleines, sehr schönes Studio

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem Studio. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Man ist jedoch schnell im Trubel der Stadt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Excellent séjour dans un appartement conforme à la description

L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel. La cuisine est équipée et dispose d'un "vrai" frigo. La chambre est grande et confortable. Le salon dispose d'un canapé convertible (moins confortable ;-), à laisser aux enfants) et d'une télévision. Il y a de nombreux rangements. La climatisation est un plus car il fait très chaud l'été. L'extérieur est top avec un parasol, une table et un hamac et des mètres d’étendage bien pratiques .Il faudra toutefois composer avec les fourmis à l'extérieur (mais elles ne rentrent pas à l'intérieur grâce aux produits repoussoirs). Enfin, les hôtes sont très sympathiques et veillent aux conforts de leurs invités (merci pour les tomates du jardin et les délicieux gâteaux ;-) ). En bref, un excellent rapport qualité prix dans la région !!!

schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung!

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern sehr gut gefallen! Die kleine Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, zudem eine gut ausgestattet Küche sowie Band mit Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist ruhig und war für uns optimaler Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten. Die Vermieter sind sehr kinderfreundlich und unglaublich nett. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Sehr gerne wieder!!

Nous avons profité de la terrasse sous les chènes verts et du calme. A la bonne distance de la ville et des plages sans avoir les désagréments. A refaire et bonjour aux propriétaires.

Séjour très agréable, appartement situé au calme et très bien équipé! Terrasse ombragée, très appréciable (transat, hamac, barbecue) proche de l'île rousse. Propriétaire charmante et très discrète. Je recommande sans hésiter!
