This property was perfect for what we needed for our weekend! It was clean and close to town. The beds were comfortable and the deck was the perfect place to enjoy sunset and the night sky. The one negative was that there were not enough window shades on the main floor windows to try and keep the sun/heat out during the heat of the day. The ceiling fan was great, but couldn't push the air around enough to subdue the heat (and the floor fan provided did not work). However, we would stay here again, it was just right for our family get together!
Stayed there with a group of friends. The place was just what we wanted - large kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of space for everyone, and the rooftop hot tub were all highlights. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided all the info about the rental in a downloadable guidebook. Planning to stay here again next winter!
Guide book was clear. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Great location to walk to the Silver Dollar Saloon . Beds comfortable. Close to Ski Cooper which we love.
Beautiful views, beautiful house and very pet friendly. We absolutely loved this stay! The little town is so cute. We went skiing at copper mountain, rode the Leadville train, went to 3 different wonderful coffee shops, and loved the FAMOUS restaurant. Our whole stay was phenomenal! We will be coming back
We enjoyed the location and proximity to our activities. The property was great for the layout for our group meetings and Lodging. Andrew was timely via txt as a few things needed attention & we were delighted with the speed in correcting/ fixing minor issues. We greatly appreciated the opportunity to check in early day of arrival as we stagged gear & food while the radiant heat came up to temperature.Definitely will work with Andrew in the future.
Great space for our two families of three with all the necessary amenities and more, walking distance to town and short drive to Copper. Definitely would stay here again!
This is our second time at this property. This home has all the amenities you need and the best location and views in town! The 3rd floor deck with hot tub and sauna is a huge hit with everyone.
We enjoyed the layout of the house with two bedrooms on the first floor and bunk beds with a full bathroom on the third floor. We cooked our meals in the kitchen and fully enjoyed the hot tub after skiing.
Leadville wasn't out favorite, but this house worked well for our family. A few things - coffee pot didn't work right, 1 TV didn't work, beds aren't super comfortable, but overall it was fine. Check in/check out process were easy, kids enjoyed the hottub, Kitchen and layout are nice.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. I am sorry you did not enjoy Leadville. We dropped off a brand new coffee maker within 20 minutes of your text. Televisions all work, but as in all of our rentals, we provide smart televisions with access to the guests desired streaming services that they subscribe too. This home is a favorite among guests as you can see from it's reviews, and is located within walking distance to Leadville and a short drive to world class ski resorts, rafting, fishing, boating, and incredible restaurants.
Fabulous property with great amenities, excellent furnishings, and a great layout that separated earlier risers and those staying up late. Would stay again in a heart beat!
