In total privacy the 450 m² house has been carefully built on the beautiful plot of 2000 m². The house has been deployed so that we can enjoy a beautiful view. The living room for 3 environments, dining room, full kitchen, pantry, and laundry. 3 suites with closet and bathroom. Mezzanine with 100 m². Piano room. Office, playroom and beautiful gourmet area complete. Immaculate garden with pool. Balconies, 6 covered spaces, solar and electric heating.

Fim de Semana Gostoso
Eu e meus amigos aproveitamos muito o final de semana. A área externa é bem equipada para um bom churrasco ou uma pizza artesanal, quase não utilizamos a parte interna da casa. Além disso, o processo de check-in foi super fácil. Além disso, a casa é muito próxima de São Paulo e fomos de Uber. Adoramos e queremos voltar!
