Beautiful site of 57. 000 square meters of lush natural beauty located in Chacara Nirvana neighborhood in Biritiba Mirim. Composed of Atlantic Forest remnant with springs, trails, natural cave, fish ponds (fish-pay system), redário, zip lines that provide beautiful photos. It also has a swimming pool with changing rooms for men and women, games room with pool table, ping pong, foosball and dart game.
Party room for 70 people seated with full kitchen (industrial stove, fridge freezer, microwave, pots and platters and barbecue. \
Suite and accommodations that accommodate up to 26 people in beds and bunk beds.
Ideal for birthday parties, weddings, gatherings of friends and families, rest and leisure seasons and social gatherings in general.
The natural cave is a unique space ideal for wine tastings, meditations, dinner and theme parties for up to 40 people.

Período do Natal

Alugamos o Sítio para passarmos o período das festas de Natal com toda a nossa família. Tivemos uma experiência excelente, todos adoraram. O local é lindo, super bem cuidado, limpo e organizado. Os quartos são compactos, mas atendeu 100% a nossa necessidade. Os banheiros são muito bons e com ótimos chuveiros. Na cozinha o fogão, frezzer e geladeira funcionam muito bem, sentimos falta apenas de alguns itens de cozinha, como pratos, copos e talheres, mas isso foi avisado desde o início que teríamos que levar. A receptividade dos caseiros, o Senhor Sadi e sua esposa Fátima, foi excelente, nos atenderam em tudo o que precisamos desde a visita que fizemos para conhecer o local até durante a nossa estadia. A Sandra, administradora, também é uma excelente pessoa, tirou e esclareceu todas as nossas dúvidas referente o contrato de locação, nossos direitos e deveres. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com tudo, foram dias de muita alegria e comunhão entre a nossa família, com certeza queremos voltar.

Sítio da Gruta.

Não é brincadeira. Existe uma gruta no sítio e ela é muito bem preparada para receber as visitas. Ficamos surpresos com a boa estrutura. Iluminação interna, energia e água. Além de um banheiro externo logo na saída da gruta. O sítio é um local muito bonito. Rodeado de verde e com direito ao lago, que tem peixe e pode nadar, pois a tirolesa cai no lago. Aliás, a tirolesa é muito legal e simples de usar. Não recomendo pra crianças pequenas, pois tem que ir segurando no braço mesmo. A estrutura de quartos é boa para o que se propõe. Quartos e banheiros coletivos. Beliches e colchões são bons. Piscina de qualidade. Pontos a melhorar: o anuncio dizia cozinha completa, mas depois de fechar fomos avisados que precisaríamos levar pratos, talheres e copos. E as panelas, formas e etc deixam a desejar para quem planejou cozinhar no local. Apesar disso, a geladeira e freezer deram conta do recado muito bem. Na área da churrasqueira passamos um pouco de frio, pois é o único lugar de área comum "fechado", mas não tem vidros em todos os lados, então ventos muito, pois nos dias que fomos estava frio. E recomendo cuidado nas escadas, pois o piso molhado pode gerar acidentes. Mas por fim, a estadia foi ótima! A internet funcionou bem. A equipe local foi super atenciosa e os caseiros muito gentis e cuidadosos para que tivéssemos uma boa estadia. Valeu a visita.

O local é maravilhoso, a gruta é algo único. Tudo muito bonito. Infelizmente o tempo não ajudou e tivemos dificuldade para chegar ao sítio por conta da chuva. A comunicação com a Sandra via WhatsApp foi bem fácil. Ela é um amor. Aceitou muito bem nossas sugestões para que o lugar fique ainda mais perfeito.
