Ocean Beach House: Pet friendly with beach views

* Price is for 6 guests, includes all beds in the Main house (2 x King beds, 2 x Single beds, 2 x bathrooms).

For larger groups of 7-8, a separate Studio with 1 bedroom (Queen bed), bathroom and kitchenette can accommodate 2 more guests charged at $40 per person, per night.

The Studio is an optional extra for smaller groups of 3-6 for an extra $80 per night.

This beautiful split-level home with views of Ocean Beach has room for everyone.

Feel totally relaxed in one of many sitting areas, sipping on a glass of your favourite drink, breathing in the fresh ocean air & listening to the birds chirping in the garden.
Boasting in total 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms this property is spacious for all groups.

Relax with a wine or favourite coffee in the upstairs adults retreat area whilst the teenagers are doing their thing in the very large separate games room on the middle level.

The large deck is a fantastic BBQ entertaining space for the whole family.
The main bedroom on the top level has a walk-in robe, ensuite & access to deck. This top level is where you find the kitchen, lounge & dining areas. The lounge has a fireplace and Smart TV with Foxtel.

The middle level has two bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, the other with a queen bed), large games room with Smart TV, games & books. It also has a separate bathroom with bath & shower.

There is also a separate Studio with open plan bedroom, kitchenette & separate bathroom on the ground floor - great for those extra guests.

WiFi: We have the highest plan currently available, however there are limited downloads each month. Internet use is for limited browsing, emailing and messaging; not streaming. Foxtel is available.

All linen provided (except beach towels).

Minimum stay is 3 nights standard periods and 5-7 nights in peak, school holiday periods.

Ocean Beach House is fully fenced & pet friendly on request & acceptance of Pet Policy below:

PET POLICY:
Payment of the $80 pet fee.
No cats or puppies. 2 dogs maximum.
•Only fully house-trained dogs are allowed inside the property.
•Pets are to be of a quiet nature and it is the owner's responsibility to keep noise to a minimum at all times.
•Constant barking and/or howling is not acceptable.
•The Guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets whether inside or outside the property.
•Pets are not permitted onto beds or on the furniture at any time.
•Guests agree not to leave pets unsupervised inside the home at any time.
•Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls etc.
•Guests must dispose of pet faeces in a clean and sanitary manner.
•Guests should ensure arrangements for pets at a property, including these terms, are suitable for their pet prior to booking.
•If extra cleaning is required or faeces left on lawn, this extra cleaning time will be deducted from the Security Bond.
