Okoboji weekend get away

Great house with lots of room / space for our party of 14 to stay. They had all the amenities for us to use along with soap in every shower which was awesome for the few that forgot to bring their own. We had a great time, neighborhood was very quiet even though house is located right next to a campground. Lots of little shops / bars in the area if you stay in summer season. Would definitely book again if we were ever back in the area.

Family Time!

We had a Mom and Dad with our three daughters and all of their families for a total of eighteen people. Nine grandkids, 10-23 yrs. old. Everyone had their own space, ample seating for meals and after supper games. We had five cars and there was plenty of room for all. Very warm days and the A/C was ample. Walking distance to Arnold's Park. We'll be back!

Great house for a large group

We come to Okoboji every year and as our family grows we need a larger place to stay! This place was the best! It had 7 bedrooms and 3 baths! Perfect place for us! House was equipped with 2 washers and dryers too! Served us well!

Just spent the weekend at this location. Great experience. It was perfect for the 11 of us that stayed. More than enough room to spread out and be comfortable. Peggy was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Okaboji vaca

The home was perfect to house multiple families. We enjoyed the fire pit every nite. It was close to Arnolds Park...convenience and grocery store. The only thing we needed was a mobile baby gate at the top of the stairs...unless there was one in one of the closets.

This stay was for our family of 17, ages 2mos-76yrs coming from MN, IA, and FL. There was adequate space and supplies of everything for everyone. Some people walked to a local dock for fishing while others walked into Arnolds Park for activities there so the location was good. The back yard was very shaded which is nice for a hot day. The four-star vs five rating was because the sofa sleepers in the listing were not the fold-out beds we expected, rather couches that a couple people slept on. This changes the number of people the house can accommodate. We had no need to contact the owner as a property manager was listed in the check-in paperwork. The Wi-fi access code was different in the paperwork versus what we received with the check-in door lock code. Small things in the scheme of things. This home was an all-around great place for our family vacation! Book it for your big group.

Great place to stay

This property was just the right size for our family. There were plenty of bedrooms and having 2 refrigerators was just what we needed. Close to all of the places that family members wanted to go to, and when we rented a pontoon were able to pick up family members on the dock that was close to the property. Only thing that I would suggest, when we have stayed at other places, they always had an assortment of spices and such kitchen supplies available, and being used to this, we did not bring seasonings for our cooking.

Great place for a big group

As others have said, the property had plenty of space for us to spread out, plenty of parking room (at one point we had 6 cars and a motorcycle with room for more), and a lovely backyard area. We enjoyed the main floor kitchen/family area. Beds were decently comfortable, and the AC worked well, which was great. Would recommend! It's a short drive or a nice long walk in to the Arnold's Park area. We did both.

Bachelor Party Stay

This was a great property that housed 18 guys comfortably for a bachelor party weekend. The home has a huge living area upstairs for a large group to hang out, eat meals, and play games without feeling cramped. The neighbors were all very welcoming and friendly even though we were rowdy at times. The home is in a great location about a block away from a public dock where we were able to tie our rental boat up during the day. I would highly recommend this home to any large group that is planning a stay in "Boji". We are grateful for the owners and neighbors!

Great Family reunion with adult children , children in love, and Grandchildren

Very comfortable, 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, Kitchen, mini-kitchen, living room, mini living room, accommodated our 3 adult children, their spouses,our nine grandchildren. We enjoyed the shaded deck, shaded patio with fire ring and lawn. We are together, played games,took several walks by the lake including walking to Arnold's park.and a day on boat, and fishing at nearby dock
