This Canyon Crossing condominium is beautifully decorated and equipped with all the bells and whistles! With two large living spaces and 3 full bedroom suites there is plenty of space in this beautiful, quiet location. It is located in the Prospector Square area in a truly convenient location for exploring everything Park City has to offer. The Pacific Rail trail which offers biking, walking, cross country skiing and more is just steps away from the unit. Miles of mountain bike trails are just a few yards away. Situated about 300 yards from the free bus stop that will take you to Park City Mountain and Deer Valley. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances and beautiful hardwood floor give this condo a wonderful mountain feel. It has a multi level floor plan, with the garage and kitchen/great room at street level as well as a half bathroom and the laundry area. From this level, going up, are three bedrooms including a luxurious master suite. The entire lower level is the family/entertainment room with two sets of bunk beds and a full bathroom.

Living Room: Located adjacent to the kitchen and dining areas, with a gas fireplace, 75" flat screen TV mounted on the wall, comfortable leather couch and cozy reclining seats.

Kitchen: Granite counter top, stainless steel appliances, very well equipped for cooking with all the appliances/utensils you'll need, separated from living room area by a counter/bar island.

Dining Room: Seating for up to 10 plus 3 bar stools at the kitchen island.

Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, flat screen TV, adjoining bathroom with tub and separate walk-in shower, cozy seat for relaxing, access to a private deck.
Second – Queen bed, bathroom just outside in hall.
Third – Queen bed, bathroom just outside in the hall.
Additional Bedding - Two sets of bunk beds in the large family room downstairs. One set of twin bunks and one with a full on bottom and twin on top!. See below for full description of this room.

Large family/entertainment room on downstairs level. It has a full bathroom, two sets of bunk beds (four beds total), 65" HD flat screen TV, super-comfy sectional couch and a gas burning fireplace. Sliding doors open to a covered deck right with a hot tub on the famous Park City Rail Trail.

Great place

This place was great for a large group. We had plenty of space and loved having the two living rooms. The location is away from town and has a nice view. There is a bus stop about 500 feet away and takes you to Park City and downtown. The bus can take awhile but is free so that’s a perk. Would recommend the place!

Overall a great place. We had 2 couples and 3 singles all adults so the bunkroom worked well for our needs. Seating in the main living room is a bit limited. While the recliners are very nice, a couch would better accommodate more people. Would stay here again.

The drawers in the bathroom had hair all over in them. The parking was terrible. No space for more than one vehicle. They should let people know that before booking. Overall we loved the condo

A good property which needs some TLC and better housekeeping

This review is more for the homeowner and the property manager. We were pleased with the communication going in, but after we settled in we found things a little different. We had several maintenance issues which we would have preferred were fixed. One included a completely frozen icemaker which was never addressed. Messages left with us do not replace having the problem solved. The housekeeping was somewhat sketchy, for example we found hair on the hall bath wall on the second floor where 3 bedrooms are located. Although the home clearly sleeps 10, there were only 6 or 7 chairs at the one and only table. And three of those chairs need serious maintenance. The only arm chair has arms which need glueing at a minimum and two of the other chairs are what I would call "rickety". This is a home with potential to be a classy property but it now needs to be turned around. I could go on, but I suggest a thorough inspection to make the most of it!

All there really is to say is “we will all be returning!” This home close to local stores, and skiing sites was more than accommodating to our group of 8. We loved the stunning view. Great place, well set up.

We truly enjoyed our stay here for a collective number of fairly small but important details. Examples would be the towels were really nice, white and fairly new. Excellent bathrooms set up with lotions and other toiletries. Kitchen was likely the one of the best we've experienced with great quality and ample quantities of dishes, glasses cooking utensils and wonderful corkscrews. Even the reading material on the coffee table was fascinating. Yet, the best part for me and family was a very functional and performing wood fireplace complete with a vast supply of quality, dry, wood. Negative issues? They would be few and minor.

Awesome Trip!

We had a fantastic trip to Utah! The townhome was just as pictured, very comfortable, cozy and clean. We had 6 people and had more that enough room, definitely room for more. Only disappointment is that there was no hot tub as listed on the items on the description, but not a deal breaker by any means. We were close to everything which made our stay even better.
