Cannot recommend

Although this condo is in a great location, I would not recommend it. The furniture is dated and worn, the dining chair's backs are broken and the carpeting is discolored, rundown badly and in need of replacement. However,the kitchen is adequately supplied and all the appliances work well. A little TLC would make this a great spot, but not now.

Location is Everything!

This property is a beautiful three-story townhome located within walking distance to literally EVERYTHING on Clearwater Beach Island! It's a fantastic corner unit with a small front patio and stairs down to the immaculately landscaped front grounds of the Belle Harbor complex. There was confusion upon arrival with the security about our parking situation, but we ended up ultimately being provided a space in the owner's garage, which was great! The photos and listing information are very accurate, with the exception the master bedroom containing a double bed when it was listed as a king. The tile floors (on the first and second levels) were not clean when we arrived, and the carpet (on the stairs and third level) definitely needs to be replaced. The appliances appear to be the originals; all worked but the refrigerator leaked water. The heated pool and hot tub area on the back of the complex is gorgeous and overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway. We absolutely loved our stay here and would have booked it again for next year if there was a cancellation policy.
