This beautiful house of 18 th century entirely renovated with taste is ideal for a family to spend a holiday on the water. The house is located in the center of the picturesque fishing village of morgat in a quiet shopping street not yet close to amenities.

Its beautiful garden and comfort you will spend a great vacation . The house is located 5 minutes walk from the beach, sailing school and surf club . coastal paths and other beaches are nearby.

It is fully equipped with WIFI internet .

Wonderful stay. Beautiful and spacious cottage with well-equipped kitchen. Great place to relax and very convenient for town being a short walk down the hill. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Would recommend the wine bar and the coastal path walk.

Very nice place

Nice small traditionnal fishermen house. 5 min walk from shops and beach. The house is nice, calm and well to equiped with every thing you need. Eric is very nice and helpful.

Great holiday!

We had a nice stay in Erics house. It was close to the waves in La Palue. We did some kajaking in Morgat, we ate some delicious crèpes and enjoyed the cute little typical town. Thanks to Eric, who was a very nice host. The garten was lovely and quiet. We recommand this place for sure.

Peace and calm in Morgat

A super quiet and private cottage with a huge great secluded outdoor garden. It was lovely to have a full kitchen to cook all the lovely produce that we bought in the market at Crozon and the artisan food shops. Definitely a place to return to for peace and quiet. Superb beaches, walking and cycling from the cottage and a nearby drive.

Great property but the property was not cleaned. Was charged 60 Eros for the clean but it was not cleaned well. Dirty bins, fridge and all areas were generally unclean.

Perfection!

We were looking for a property within walking distance from the center of Morgat, that was clean and comfortable. This was the perfect property. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom well appointed. The bedrooms were comfy albeit a little warm (thanks to a heatwave). My only suggestion would be a larger mirror somewhere accessible near a plug (for a hairdryer). But that's it! Eric, the property manager, was extremely accommodating and was available for any question we had. Thank you!

Tolles bretonisches Haus in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Es ist alles da was man benötigt, inklusive großem Garten und Parkplatz vor der Tür. Die Küche mit Gasherd und das Wohnzimmer mit Kaminofen haben wir sehr genossen. Strand, Bäcker, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Kommunikation via WhatsApp mit Gastgeber Eric war unkompliziert und super nett. Wir können die Gegend und das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Absolut grandios! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Traumhaus mit großem Grundstück. Auch der Ort Morgat ist sehr sympathisch und ein super Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Aktivitäten. Alles perfekt!

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Garten

Mein Sohn und ich hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem schönen Haus. Der dazugehörige gepflegte Garten ist gross, es gibt Liegestühle und man kann dort spielen und das Wetter genießen. Das Haus ist sauber, in der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht. Das Bad ist modern und groß. Man kann direkt vor demHaus gut parken. Die Kommunikation mit Eric war sehr unkompliziert und super nett. Bei Fragen gab es sofort eine Antwort. Zu Fuß erreicht man in 10 Minuten den Bäcker und die Strandstrasse mit den kleinen Läden. Auch ein Supermarkt ist nicht weit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöne Gegend - man kann viel entdecken und zu tollen Stränden fahren. Danke Bretagne

Viel Gutes

Die Lage ist toll, ebenso das Grundstück. Die Einrichtung des Hauses, insbesondere die der Küche, sind erstaunlich. Allerdings waren Küche und Bad bei der Übernahme nicht gerade sauber.Der Aufenthalt selbst war wunderbar, weil man/frau von Morgat aus sehr viel Schönes unternehmen kann und auch Morgat/Crozon bietet einiges. Allerdings hatte das Haus eines seltsamen Geruch, der - zurück in Deutschland - in allen Kleidern und Büchern steckte .

Du bist streng, drei Sterne. Der Aufenthalt war kompliziert, man fühlte sich nicht wohl: Das Geschirr war schmutzig, es kam aus der Spülmaschine, das Heizelement des Wasserkochers war ein wenig schwarz (!), unter anderem gibt es Mieter, die das nicht mögen, und in die andere Richtung Mieter, die Fragen stellen. Ich habe Sie auch schlecht bewertet, was bedeutet, dass in Zukunft möglicherweise ein anderer Eigentümer Ihre Reservierungsanfrage ablehnt.

Grazie per il tuo commento. È una vecchia casa e a volte ci sono dei ragni, mi dispiace. Tuttavia, la pulizia viene eseguita da persone che svolgono il proprio lavoro. Quello che non capisco bene, però, è che hai lasciato la casa disordinata e molto più sporca degli altri inquilini. Non ti ho penalizzato per questo, ma c'è stato più lavoro del solito.

effectivement les toilettes sont dans la sdb au RDC. La vaisselle est en double pour 6 personnes. Et la maison est conforme à la description et aux photos. je signalerai que la communication n'a pas été simple avec vous pour l'arrivée, puisque vous m'aviez donné un numéro de téléphone erroné. Bref, beaucoup de malentendus

Ascension à Crozon

La maison est très agréable et confortable pour une famille de 5. Le jardin a été un atout car nous avons eu un temps de rêve ! Déjeuner apéro et dîner sur la table dehors au soleil !

Sehr schönes bretonisches Haus

Tolles Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht. Da es mehrmals am Tag regnet, war war schwierig die Sachen trocken zu bekommen, da es nur eine Wäschespinne im Garten gab und das alte Haus ein klein wenig muffig war. Aber insbesondere die Ausstattung für Babys bzw Kleinkinder war super.

Location avec de réels atouts

Il s'agit d'une très agréable location, au calme et avec beaucoup de charme et très bien située pour découvrir la presqu'île, notamment à pied par le GR 34 qui passe très près. Nous n'avons mis que 4 étoiles pour la propreté qui aurait pu être bien meilleure mais le gérant a pris les choses en main après notre passage et notre retour d'info. Ne restera plus alors qu'à enrichir un peu le jardin qui est un vrai plus pour en faire une location au top pour l'été.
