The house was exactly as listed. We enjoyed how easily we walked to night life and restaurants. We also enjoyed only having to take 2 roads to get to the SMU game. We enjoyed the sheets and shower!!

Door knobs fell off bathroom and bedroom doors. A tv or radio behind a locked door would turn on and off randomly. Spooky.

Response from VrboOwner on 13 Apr 2026
From the owner: "We appreciate the feedback and apologize for the inconvenience. We have since repaired the door hardware to ensure everything is in top shape. The TV issue was actually a simple case of 'remote crossover' between rooms, which has now been clarified for future guests. Thank you for staying with us!"

Great location & spacious

Stayed here to be near SMU and it was great for that! A little ant problem in the kitchen, but it was being addressed. Will definitely stay again. So much more space than a hotel! Perfect for a couple, and ample room to have friends over for dinner or drinks.
