Large airy single storey house with 270m of living space on a land of 550m of total area, furnished, equipped kitchen, barbecue, garden, beach showers, balcony to relax in the hammock, living room with TV, covered garage, 04 bedrooms and 04 bathrooms (03 suites), ceiling fans in all rooms.
Located on a paved street two blocks from the beautiful beach of Massaguaçu, whose waterfront was recently revitalized with kiosks, bike path and landscaping, and close to markets, pharmacies and restaurants and with easy access to several beaches between Caragua and Ubatuba. Tranquility with mountain and beach climate! Accommodations for 13 people.
