Thank you so much for considering our condo for your vacation. We've cherished it for over 35 years, and it’s been a place of many wonderful memories. We truly hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we have!

From the moment you step into this beautifully updated 7th-floor condo, you’ll be captivated by breathtaking, unobstructed views of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. As far as the eye can see—water! Enjoy stunning sunsets, miles of sandy beaches, and frequent sightings of dolphins, sandpipers, and pelicans.

Start your day with a morning coffee on your private lanai, then take a leisurely stroll along the beach, unwind by the pool in a lounge chair, or take a dip in the hot tub. For lunch, explore the many restaurants just a short walk away, or if you prefer to dine in, the condo features a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

In the afternoon, hop on the Suncoast Beach Trolley for a scenic ride to Clearwater Beach or the historic John’s Pass. Shopping and dining options abound, and for a day of adventure, Disney is just 90 minutes away.

We’re a family from Canada, and with a newborn son at home, we can’t get down to Florida as much as we’d like. We're not looking to get rich by renting out our home away from home; we simply want to make enough to keep it in the family for the next generation.

Why they chose this property

My parents purchased this condo after their first son (my brother) was born in 1987. For over 38 years, it has been a cherished vacation spot for our family and friends!
We love the location because it’s just a quick and easy drive from Tampa or Clearwater Airport. Plus, there are tons of restaurants and shopping, all while enjoying a quieter beach compared to the surrounding areas.

What makes this property unique

This is the only beachfront building in Indian Rocks Beach that stands over 4 stories tall. As I understand it, a bylaw was passed shortly after its construction, restricting new beachfront buildings to a maximum of 4 stories. Because of this, the view from our 7th-floor unit is truly unbeatable.
