About this property

Across the road from Main Beach Anglesea- luxury new townhouse, steps to cafes

Perfectly located right across from main beach, Anglesea. You'll love every inch of this stunning property! A coastal home with generous space, contemporary interiors with gorgeous views over Anglesea from the top level. What makes it even better? You have some of the best local cafes, restaurants and shops literally right at your door step!

- A premium property in the perfect location, directly across the road from beach
- Beds made up with quality linen, bath towels provided

This modern townhouse is set up over three levels. When you enter on the ground floor we have a very large living space ideal for the kids. Two single beds, with 2 trundle beds and a TV lounge area. There is also a bathroom and laundry. Please note linen not provided for the 2 trundle beds.

Up to the second level and you have three generous sized bedrooms, master bedroom with king size bed, the other two bedrooms with queen beds, two of these bedrooms open out onto separate balconies. An ensuite, a main bathroom, plus a powder room complete this level.

Then you make your way up to the beautiful, light filled living space on the third level. There is a well equipped kitchen, a dining area and extra large lounge area. Plus plenty of balcony space for relaxing or having a BBQ whilst taking in the views!


Other things worth mentioning:
- This townhouse is set up with free WiFi and Netflix.
- There is a Nespresso machine for the coffee lovers!
-There is split system air conditioning and heating in every bedroom, and ducted heating and air conditioning on upper and ground level.
- In an effort to do our little bit for the environment, we minimise our use of single use plastic products by supplying large pump bottles of hand soap, shampoo, conditioner etc as opposed to the small plastic bottles.

Other things to note:
Please read the house rules but note the following in particular:

BED LINEN AND TOWELS PROVIDED (excluding the 2 trundles beds, please bring own linen if using).

NO PARTIES, EVENTS, SCHOOLIES, OR EXCESSIVE NOISE

No pets allowed.
No smoking allowed.

If you are bringing infants, please bring your own portacot and high chair.
Please note that this property is not equipped with safety gates at the bottom and top of all stairs, this could pose a risk for young children/toddlers. Safety gate provided to top of stairs on upper level living / kitchen/dining area.

Please treat this home as if it were your own. Great care and attention has been taken to making this a totally superb place to stay so we appreciate your support to help keep it that way.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. It has a huge amount of space, it’s modern, is very well maintained and all the small touches make a big difference. Perfect Beach House

We loved the beach feel/views at the top, the large rooms, the location for walking to the beach and the 2 car parks. The kids loved the large room downstairs. We were so pleased you had a baby gate on the upstairs living, kitchen, dining area to protect our 2 year old guest from any falls. Well worth it and look forward to booking this house again.

Ideal place for a quick getaway

This property is located in an ideal location in Anglesea, just a stone’s throw from the beach. The place is well maintained, very clean and spacious. Karen has gone well beyond the norm to equip it with everything that a traveller would need. Communication with the host is fantastic. Would highly recommend this property.
