This apartment is set up with everything one could need. There is an artistic flair in the decor that we found very appealing. The location in a beautiful residential neighbourhood close to Plains of Abraham Park was wonderful. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and well equipped! The owner obviously pays attention to details including shampoo, body wash, room fan, plenty of towels, coffee, laundry detergent etc. We also really appreciated the quiet location within walking distance of the Plains of Abraham. Just a very small note that if you are a light sleeper, occasional noises from the floor above might be noted, but overall, we would definitely recommend this place.

My family of 4 loved our stay here. Charming area, excellent location, and comfortable. There is no AC and we arrived during a heatwave in July, but the place did not get hot during the day and was pretty comfortable at night with fans for both bed rooms and windows that open to let in the cool breeze at night. We ran into Francois the second day and he was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Excellent clean and quiet accommodations in a comfortable and peaceful neighborhood. Easy access to everything in Quebec with Ubers easily available and all arriving within about a minute of the app request. Host is fantastic and this place has become our favorite in Quebec. Kitchen and laundry with everything you need ( except groceries of course). Easy parking as well.

The apartment was cute and clean. We had a very comfortable stay. The kitchen and laundry were convenient. It was the perfect set up and size for us. We were a bit far to walk to Old Quebec with kids but it was an easy cab ride. Very short distance to groceries and the Plains of Abraham.

Francois' property is very cozy, immaculately clean and in an excellent location. It is equipped with everything a group of four guests would need. We really lucked out with this experience. If we are able to, we will seek out this property ( host) again.

The place was perfect. Nice and clean with just the right amount of supplies. I really enjoyed the retro decorations and style. You could tell there was thought and good taste. I can't imagine I would want to stay anywhere else when I come back to Quebec City.

This was the perfect stay in Quebec! Close to the park of the Plains, it was quiet, very clean and had a very well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. I’m using ‘very’ lot a as we just loved the place. Blocks from great shopping as well. We would return!

MERCI for a wonderful stay...

My wife, my sister and myself rented this little apartment to enjoy the first weekend of the 2020 Quebec Winter Carnaval. Location could not have been better as were within walking distance to the festivities. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely do it again !

Great location

We chose the place because it was close to where the carnaval parade on Grande Allée started. It was perfect after spending the afternoon showing our granddaughter of 5 all the nice things to see and do at the carnaval. We could them return to the cosy appartement to want up and relax. We really enjoyed it

It was great to have a full kitchen to prepare meals. I didn't use them, but the washer and dryer would have been handy if needed. About a mile away from the city wall, blocks from the Plains.
