Overall nice unit with 5 bedrooms in great location. The trail is less than 50 ft away, definitely a ski-in, ski-out. We had a good stay overall and very comfortable. Descent bedrooms and and living areas, with a working wood burning fireplace. A few comments:The tv is a bit small for a room that size. The utensils in the kitchen ran their course and the entire kitchen can use a facelift - but everything works and in good condition. Same for bathrooms although still in great working condition. Overall great location, all works and we had fresh snow everyday a trail ride away. Walking distance to village about 10-12 minutes or drive for 4 min.

Good place, couple of small issues

- Door code provided did not work. Reception didn't answer phone so had to drive back and wait in check-in line once again. Our party lost about an hour of our weekend vacation time, which was disappointing. Recommend self check-in be implemented. - insufficient number of towels provided - kitchen was very well stocked with cooking items but would have liked some basics salt, pepper, condiments, and more coffee, etc. Some knives were very dull to the point of being unusable. - The place itself was in good shape and as advertised and very clean with some nice touches such as decorative towel and bathroom arrangements. Beds were comfortable. Lots of windows and natural light.

Not really

This was our Christmas holiday trip and we saved all year to rent a 'luxury' chalet ar Mt. Tremblant. Instead we spent a fortune for four nights in a very average chalet. The bed was broken and never fixed...we had only 2 parking spots for a family of 10 ...a meager two logs for our fireplace (4nights stay)...no hot tub as advertised....for the same price we could have gone on a cruise. We knew it would be expensive but we don't feel we got value for our money. And I am really mad that I can only access the 'loved it' button and not the 'not really'

We appreciate you sharing your feedback. While the property that you booked has fantastic attributes, it's not part of our luxury collection, we don't market it that way. It's a large clean 5 bedroom home that offers ski in ski out access, great walk-ability and easy access to the free shuttle. Mont Tremblant is expensive during the winter season however this property is more economical than most. We price all of our units according to the market, we're sorry to hear that you felt it was too expensive.
