Limpeza ok ,só o quarto que são muito quente pouca ventilação, o lugar da piscina não é muito apropriado pois se pular na piscina alaga praticamente a área interna e externa da casa ,conforme o proprietário pediu as crianças não podiam pular na piscina pois iria acaba com água da piscina ,no dia em que chegamos antes de eu entrar no condomínio já fui notificada que as que foram com a minha cunhada já estariam pulando na piscina ,porque ele estava vendo nas câmeras. Foram esse fato da piscina foi tudo bem .

Senhora Paolo a piscina fica sim em uma área apropriada, onde já se viu 6 adolescentes pulando ao mesmo tempo, nenhuma piscina suportaria eu só pedi pra evitar, porque a água ao pular sai pra fora, mais agradeço pela sua compreensão.

Eu e minha família tivemos uma ótima estadia nesse imóvel, tudo limpo, a localização é ótima pra ir em diversas praias. Tivemos um problema com o Wifi da casa, mas o Sr. Rogério foi atencioso e o problema foi resolvido rapidamente. Eu recomendo.

Condomínio bem localizado e seguro. A casa é ótima, com gramado, piscina e amola área de convivência (cozinha e sala). Quartos ótimos e funcionam para família. O proprietário é simpático e preocupado com a estadia dos visitantes.

Muito bom!!!

Estive com minha família e tive um fds excelente. Imóvel limpo, piscina maravilhosa. O condomínio é lindo !!!! , Muito seguro...O atendimento do Rogério então é 10. Única coisa a melhorar é a entrada pois a calçada ainda é de barro. Recomendo !!!!
