The property itself was very nice. It had all of the amenities you would expect and was in a great location. There was however a construction site right next door which we should have been made aware of at the time of booking. There was the constant noise of circular saws all through the day. Also we decided to extend our stay by an extra day and I was somewhat surprised that we were charged a higher rate than the average daily rate of the original booking. And then to add insult to that, we received an email the very next day indicating that if we wanted to extend our stay we would be offered a “special discounted rate”. Very poor communication.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you found the property very nice, well-equipped, and in a great location. We’re very sorry, however, for the disruption caused by the nearby construction noise during your stay. We understand how frustrating this would have been, and we appreciate your comments regarding clearer communication at the time of booking. We also apologise for the confusion around the extension rate and the follow-up email you received afterwards. We agree this should have been communicated more clearly, and your feedback has been passed on to our team for review. Thank you again for staying with us and for bringing these concerns to our attention. Property Mums Team
