Oasis in Cabo

Great place to spend a week or longer. Very relaxing to watch the sun rise over the horizon and watching whales from the balcony. Several pools to spend the day relaxing at or head down to the main pool and have lunch and a drink delivered to you by the friendly wait staff. The owner is the extremely accommodating and assisted us with transportation and fishing. He went out of his way to make sure we had a good time. Can’t wait to come back.

Stunning Sunrise & Ocean views

Wonderful Location! This Resort offers open space and easy access to town (via car, taxi or shuttle).Multiple pool/dining options to use within Quivira. The deck was our favorite spot in the condo. Kitchen utensils/dishes etc are maintained by previous guest (see check out instructions) so good luck🤞. Bring your own dish soap & sponge! Linens were nice. We will return!

Awesome Comfy Cabo Condo!

From the day we decided to rent thru our checkout-this property and its owner were awesome! The condo was big, bright, & beautiful! The appliances and BBQ were basically new! We stayed 8 nights and were very happy with this piece of paradise! It was in a quieter part of the Pueblo Bonita-Quivira community with a shuttle to take you to the sister resorts for dinner and back within the complex and to downtown Cabo sister resorts. Everything was perfect with our condo stay. Parking was free. The pools were very quiet and pretty. We watched whales breach from the balcony. It was great and the owner (& property manager on site) were available by text when we had any questions. Comfy, Cozy, Cabo Condo! Thank you

The worst! We left early it was so bad!

Once we had paid in full we got no communication. Property contact was a ghost. Never replied to any emails or phone messages. We are still waiting to see if we can arrange early check in….haha! No information was given about check in procedures or instructions. No maps or directions or information about parking, access to amenities etc. Resort concierge kept telling us to contact host. Host never responded to anything. No information was given about location of unit within a large and sprawling complex. Condo smelled of smoke, likely from people smoking on patio with open doors…all furniture and draperies smelled. Leather couch was torn and worn. Outdoor furnishings smelled of body odor. This unit is located in a huge development that obviously targets future Time-share owners. We were bombarded at every meal with uninvited resort staff confronting us at our table trying to get us to attend a presentation. Our much anticipated vacation ended up being a huge waste of time and money. First and last trip to Cabo!

Before your arrival, Evolve sent you a pre-stay email, which includes all the information needed for your stay. There are two guest contacts listed for assistance and the second guest contact did not receive any messages. We are always happy to help to resolve any issues during your stay -Evolve is a management company, and our teams are always happy to answer any questions or concerns. However, we encourage guests to reach out to their local guest contact with any on-the-ground questions since they know the property and they're able to resolve any issues with the property quickly -We use a professional cleaning company to ensure that the home is cleaned and sanitized between guests and we are confident that the home met our high cleanliness standards before your check-in, so we were surprised by your comment regarding the cigarette smell since we are a non-smoking home -We checked the property for these issues, however, we found no concerns to resolve and we've had no reports of any smoke smell before your arrival and afterward from other guests -While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the furniture didn't meet your preference. We're sorry the leather couch was uncomfortable for you during your stay. Based on your input we will look at other furniture options to ensure our high standards are being met and exceeded We are accustomed to providing a 5-star experience for all of our guests and making your time at our home the best it can be. We're confident that we will continue to do so moving forward!

Loved this condo and property!

We had a fantastic week staying at this property. It was the perfect mix of resort life and living like a resident. Very new, fully equipped, large condo with panoramic ocean and pool views. Would definitely book this again. As others mentioned, would recommend getting a car if you want the freedom to go when/where you want without booking and wiating for a shuttle.

Lovely condo

The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean, and comes equipped with almost everything you need. It is quiet and comfortable. The resort facilities are great - pools, gym, restaurants, etc.

A Nice Discovery

We've been vacationing in the Cabo area for over 20 years. We've stayed in many hotels on Medano Beach, Condos in the Predregal and various accommodations in San Jose. The Copala Quivirea was a great find. A bit further out from town and marina but the shuttle Pueblo Bonito hotels provides did make getting around easier. The condos were a nice break from the hotels and with the concerns about CV-19. It was nice to have some privacy and to be able to cook your own meals. The condos are very nicely appointed, most less than 4 years old and very comfortable. The view of the sunrise and the Pacific Ocean were spectacular. The whole development is behind guarded gates and grounds are immaculate. The Copala complex has 7 buildings and 4 pools. While we were there, we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The main pool does have food and drink service with a small gym available to all the guests. You can also use any of the Pueblo Bonito resorts' pools and facilities. You also get a 20% discount in the restaurants and bars. Evolve does a great job of communicating the needed information for check in and the owner of our condo actually sent an email welcoming us and then followed up with phone calls to make sure things were going smoothly. Actually started talking about fishing due to photos of the owner with his priced catch in the condo, and the owner y was kind enough to permit us to use his fishing equipment. We were also invited by some of the residents to their weekly social hour down at the club house located on the beach. It's the Steak House and it's a beautiful glass building with breathtaking views of the Pacific. My wife and I met many of the friendly owners and experienced one of the most beautiful sunsets with one of the most talented and beautiful singer performing one memorable song after another. We were ready to sign our names on the dotted line. I have booked two accommodations through Evolve. Once in October of 2020 and again in December of 2020. On both occasions, they have provided exceptional service. My only recommendation is to get a car if you feel comfortable driving in Mexico. The shuttles do require patience. Just remember the rules of the road are different and that more tourist die from auto accidents than any other cause in Mexico.

We had a fantastic stay! The Condo:Casa Paradise is absolutely beautiful.Safe and gated community inside Pueblo Bonita Sunset Beach Resort.The views of the ocean are magnificent!We loved to watch the sunrise every morning from our bedroom.The condo had more than enough space for our family of five plus our little pup got to enjoy the vacation as well.There was high speed internet, which allowed us to stay in touch and do some work.Tv had all our favorite channels too.Beds were super comfy and the towels were soft.They provided toiletries and they smelled so nice .Detergent and softener were also included in the laundry.The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils like you’d have at home, as well as brand new appliances.You can cook all your meals in or purchase the all inclusive at the Pueblo Bonito resort . The amenities: the Quivira community has 5 pools right in front and one with a bar and jacuzzi at the clubhouse. All were heated. Clubhouse is right in front of the condo, 3 min walk. I really enjoyed the well equipped gym inside the clubhouse everyday. The Quivira golf course and the beach is walking distance too. Take your fishing rod and try your luck on the beach every morning by the rocks! The service : the owner was easy to reach should you have any questions before or during our stay . I recommend going to the concierge office when you get here and they will help you with transportation or booking tours or reservations for restaurants , discounts and more! You can also open an account-folio to keep your transactions safe . This allows you to use your card safely anywhere within the resort even if you don’t have it with you (very convenient at the pool). If you didn’t rent a car there’s a shuttle that can take you anywhere within the resort. Which has many other pools and restaurants/bars , European spa and fitness center, market place with dell and more! If you want to go downtown or the marina ask the concierge to reserve your tickets for the time of your choosing. Copala will shuttle you over to Pueblo Bonito resort located on the famous Medano beach! I recommend to book a fishing trip in the sea of Cortez ! We did and we caught a Marlin and 3 Dorados! Reasonably priced and easy to book at the marina or you can ask the Condo owner and he will give you the best tips ! He’s a huge fisherman! We had an amazing experience!!! Will recommend to all friends and family! Hope this review helps someone when choosing their stay!
