Why stay at a hotel when you can stay in a Resort!

Come stay at my villa that I just finished renovating into a comfy cozy cottage filled with character and charm. All new appliances, linens, everything including the kitchen sink. It maybe a one bedroom but it’s the perfect size for a wonderful get a way. You walk into a large open floor plan with a living room and kitchen. The kitchen is made for a chef. The living room has a large sectional to curl up on and watch movies on the big screen TV. Did I mention the beautiful fireplace or the large sliders that go out to the huge screened in back patio? The patio is quiet and so peaceful and the view? Well, you’ll just have to come see it. There’s a small half bath to use for any visitors and then there is your bedroom with its own full bath and big screen TV. You also have a full size washer and dryer to use. Actually all you need to bring is your clothes. Everything else is there for you right down to a new toothbrush just Incase you forget yours. There are two free parking spaces for you, one is a covered spot. I’m very proud of this new renovation and can’t wait to share it with you. So come stay at my place anytime you come to the area. You won’t be disappointed.

Home away from home

Kim's place was comfy and cozy. It felt like home during our stay but also allowed us to enjoy our vacation as a vacation. Communication was great and it was easy to locate. Would stay again!

Great getaway

My wife and I stayed here for a short getaway. We are locals but this was a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Very clean and well decorated. Everything we needed for the stay was there!

What an excellent place, fully upgraded and decorated wonderfully

I highly recommend this property and the owner. The location at Saddlebrook Resort is great and easy to get to. The place was actually more than we expected. Everything has been upgraded and it's such a classy find. The owner was so easy to work with and very pleasant. We will definitely be staying here again if we make a return trip!

Kim’s place was wonderful, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, plenty of towels, and a fluffy robe. The outside temperature fluctuated, while we were there, she contacted us about our preference for the inside comfort and set the thermostat accordingly. Perfect! Will definitely stay there again!!

Place was clean and very comfortable. The owner was so sweet. She Got right back to us whenever I texted her to answer a question. She went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Would definitely consider going again. The area has alot of restaurants to choose from and shopping malls.

Great Place

We came in for a wedding in Tampa, but with a concert in town, price were crazy. A friend suggested staying in Wesley Chapel. Our host was amazing. A great eye for decor. Super helpful and accommodating. We'll be back!

They definitely ad some cold days during their stay but at least it was warm enough some days to wear shorts and enjoy the sunshine. Thank god no one had to shovel any snow. A wonderful experience

We so enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely, beautifully pointed but simple in its lavishness. More amenities than I can recall. Huge pretty yard and huge pretty screened in porch to enjoy it in. Nice, quiet 1 bedroom

This property is a nice quiet place to stay. Other than the occasion neighbor slamming their door as they left, it was super quiet. Had a very nice screened in back porch when it was cool enough to sit out. There needs to be some maintenance done on the lights in the house, but otherwise the house is well maintained and clean.

Thank you. There is no problem with the lights in the house. Unfortunately the previous guests turned the ceiling fan and lights off by pulling the chains on them instead of using the switches on the wall. That’s why when you tried turning them on by the switches they didn’t come on. As soon as I went in and pulled the chains they worked fine. I wish you let me know when you were there I’d of told you to do that. I checked all the other lights while I was there, the table lamp, floor lamp, kitchen island and kitchen lights and they all worked. I actually bought the condo in 2019 and completely gutted it. Everything in there is new, kitchen, baths, flooring, lights and furniture. Im truly sorry if you were not happy with your stay.

Home away from home

I can not say enough great things about this stay. The kitchen was fantastic!!!, the livingroom comfortable, the bedroom very comfortable and the bathroom was gloriously large. The pool was never used so it was like having a private pool only bummer was it was quite a ways away. Patricia helped us out with a spectrum issue and was just as kind as any owner could be. If we ever go back I would definitely stay here again!!!!

Perfect for two!

We stayed for a long weekend and the accommodations were lovely. The kitchen was so nice with lots of kitchenwares to cook and feel at home. Bed was very comfortable. Screen in patio extended the living space nicely. Small issue - The couch, although long, was a bit low to the ground and not very deep seated (we are tall, so these things make a difference for us). Communication with owner could not have been better - thank you! Would definitely stay again.

I’m Patricia, I’m 95 and I bought this villa with my niece Kim. I love to chat and meet new people from all over the world. It’s my niece that does all the work. She cleans and does whatever she can to make sure each one of our guests have a beautiful place to stay but she goes above and beyond to make sure each guest feels special and has what they need to make their stay with us memorable so they always come back to stay with us again.

Why they chose this property

Why this property? Maybe because we renovated with love, like it was for us, trying to make sure it was comfortable and filled with character. We didn’t want it to be like all the rest. It truly means a lot to us when guests have a great time and love what we did with the place.

What makes this property unique

You have everything you need down-to a new toothbrush. All you need is what you want to wear. Everything is close by, restaurants, shopping malls, movie theaters and if you love the outdoors, there’s golf, tennis, fishing, canoeing and nature trails right in the resort. The environment is absolutely gorgeous! Disney World is an hour away, an easy drive because we are right off I-75. There is also Sea World, Universal Studios, Zoos and if you drive an hour west you have the most beautiful sandy beaches. I could go on and on but they only give me so many characters.
