Detached house, of 190 sq.m, adjoining the owner's one, that can accommodate 10 people. Laid out on 3 levels in a contemporary style. The house is equipped with 5 bedrooms (4 double beds and 2 single beds). 3 Bedrooms are located on ground floor and equipped with a television. There is a shared shower room with 2 bowls sinks, a walk in shower and a bathtub. Separate toilets. The first floor offers a lounge / living room with television, opening on the dining room and the equipped kitchen with dishwasher. 2 Bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom (bathtub and bowl sink in the first one and walk-in shower and bowl sink in the other one). Separate toilets. In the basement, you will find a wellness centre offering a sauna, a Spa, a walk-in shower, a separate toilet and fitness equipment, as well as access to the terrace and the garden. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Private car park. Wi-Fi. Beds are made upon arrival. Close to the D28 (departmental road).

Well equiped and spacious house

Nice bedrooms. Big living and kitchen. Nice sauna and whirlpool. Kientzheim is a very charming village. Very good restaurant in walking distance. Slight disadvantage is the nearby road. Bit of noise in the early morning.

Just what we needed

First, as travelers from the US, we are used to having a lot of space. This house had plenty of it and it was perfect for our family of 6. It was very clean and Christian was super nice and responsive. We would return without question. We had a car rented which I highly recommend. Now…Keintzheim…what a gem. This cute little town was great. 2 amazing restaurants, walkable, and very residential. It is very much different than surrounding towns. We found if we wanted to “go out” we would go to Kayersberg for shopping or lunch (3 min drive). It was easy to get around to the other numerous villages. Haut-koenigsbourg is 40 mins away and don’t forget the monkey park just south of the chateau. Colmar was 20 min but not really necessary unless you want to do the river boat ride and dinner. We stayed for 4 nights and kept busy the entire time. Overall the property and area was exceptional and we would love to return one day!

Le logement est confortable, spacieux et d'une propreté exemplaire. Il est bien équipé (cuisine) bref il ne manque rien.Il est bien situé pour démarrer ou poursuivre la découverte de la région. Kaysersberg est même accessible à pied via les vignes donc autant de promenades possibles et de plaisir garanti. Merci à notre hôte pour l'accueil efficace et convivial (disponible si nécessaire).

Wir waren mit 3 Familien in diesem wundervollen Ferienhaus.Schon wenige Tage vor Anreise wurden uns alle erforderlichen Unterlagen/Infos per Mail geschickt.Mit 3 Erwachsenen und 6 Kids/Teenagern war jede Menge los.Alle Kids und Teens haben auf einer Wohnebene geschlafen. Sie hatten ihr eigenes Bad mit 2 Waschbecken und Badewanne und Dusche.Besonders praktisch waren, die vielen Bäder im Haus.Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Selbst eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen war vor Ort.Die Töpfe und Pfannen sind in sehr gutem Zustand, und von guter Qualität.Auch die beiden Kühlschränke fanden wir super praktisch, da mit so vielen Personen im Sommer doch Einiges an Getränken benötigt wird.Die Betten sind super bequem und es macht einen guten Eindruck, wenn es modern und schlicht eingerichtet ist.Es gab überall Handseife in den Bädern/an den Waschbecken.Auch die zentrale Lage war super.Schnell ist man in Kürze an tollen Orten.Ganz klare Empfehlung.

Wie schon vor zwei Jahren war alles super. Die Kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe hat super funktioniert. Christian war sehr hilfsbereit, auch in Notfällen (Arzttermin vermittelt).

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. La maison est très agréable; suffisamment grande pour 10 personnes, sans que personne ne se gêne. Elles est aussi très confortable, bien chauffée, très propre. L'espace détente est un plus non négligeable. Maison très bien située pour faire les marchés de Noël. Merci à Christian et Christophe pour le sapin de Noël et la bonne petite bouteille qu'ils nous offert à notre arrivée. C'est une adresse que nous n'oublierons pas si nous devions retourner dans la région. Encore merci pour tout.

Einrichtung super, Whirlpool könnte mal gereinigt werden(brauner Schmutzrand), sonst sauber und reichlich Platz, nachts etwas laut durch Straßenlärm, Gastgeber Mega nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank, ich würde wieder buchen!!

Toller Familienaufenthalt

Haben hier 4 Nächte mit der Großfamilie verbracht (9 Erwachsene). Das Ferienhaus ist in einem super Zustand, sehr schöne Zimmer, tolle Küche, super Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich. Besonders hat uns der Wellness-Bereich im Untergeschoss gefallen, den Whirlpool haben wir ständig genutzt. Christian Arnold ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.Einzig die Lage direkt an der größeren Straße ist ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig, die Umgebung ist aber sonst sehr schön, und sowohl Kientzheim als auch Kaysersberg fanden wir sehr hübsch.

eine Woche "Come Together" mit der gesamten Familie

Wir waren 1 Woche mit unseren zwei Kindern und deren Familien - sechs Erwachsene und vier Enkelkinder - in dem Haus in Kientzheim. Das Haus hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Besonders hat uns der SPA-Bereich mit Whirlpool und der Garten gefallen. In der näheren Umgebung hatten wir ausreichend Entspannung und Zerstreuung für eine Woche. Einen längeren Aufenthalt könnten wir uns in dieser Gruppenzusammensetzung nicht vorstellen.

Entspannt im Elsass

Es war alles so, wie es beschrieben war. Christian war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Ort ist sehr sehr schön, zumal er fast keine Touristen hat. Das Haus ist ideal für acht Personen. In der geräumigen Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Einrichtung ist ein Traum.wir werden dieses Haus sicher weiter empfehlen.

Gite correspondant parfaitement a sa description. Situation centrale pour la visite de la region et ses villages. Propriétaire avenant avec ses hotes Espace de vie très agreable et spacieux pour le nombre de personnes. Espace wellness parfait pour la detente en fin de journee. Rien a dire de negatif.

Schöner, entspannter Urlaub

Wir waren mit Freunden (8 Erwachsene und ein Kind) eine Woche in der Fewo. Freundlicher, unkomplizierter Empfang und Abreise. Restaurantempfehlung des Gastgebers waren spitze. Alles wurde erklärt, Whirlpool war aufgeheizt- Die Fewo liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Kaysersberg, Kolmar, Kaisersburg,.... Gerne Wieder
