The living space was very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Condo is close to everything in town. Bathroom counter space is small. Laundry facilities were nice though we didn’t use them. No AC but fans were there and we had a cool rainy weekend so wasn’t an issue . Would stay here again.

The condo is conveniently located, on a bus line to the base as well as downtown. The condo is clean, and has access to a hot tub and gas grills. It’s also got quick access to the path by the river. The patio faces a quiet courtyard and has views of the gondola peak.

There is no hot tub so don’t be fooled by the photos like we were. Contrary to the pictures provided for the place the hot tub is out of service. Also be warned if you’re looking to use this place in the summer there is zero air conditioning and the place is a damn oven from 10am to 10pm

The BigBear Lodge was the perfect place in all ways for our brief visit to Steamboat Springs. The location made access to area attractions and the downtown shopping district very easy. The lodge itself was very clean and comfortable. A restful place to land after a busy day of whatever activities in the Steamboat area. The hosts were terrific to work with before and during or stay. Highly recommended.
