Great rental with charming decor, close to beach, quiet and the host was the most with his little touches and always available with any suggestions on things to do and places to see. Hope to get back there again soon.

What a great place to stay! You literally could walk in there with only your clothes and have everything you would need for your stay. Marc was so helpful with all the local information. Super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely a must stay when you are in South Haven.

The place was extremely clean and well cared for. There were additional drinks and snacks stocked for us. The property itself was beautiful. The host communicated clearly and was very helpful. 10/10 would stay here again!

Probably the most PERFECT host ever! Enjoyed the apartment. Very relaxing and Marc was always on top of any inquires, Easy parking in the long driveway, close to everything. Impeccably clean and ready to use apartment with wonderful touches everywhere. Wish all my stays could be as nice.

It is hard to put into words how wonderful this property is and the host...well he was fantastic. You could literally just show up with your clothes and you would have everything you need. Marc was just great...he was very responsive and was so helpful with ideas about the best places to go. He was so interesting to talk to and was the best host we have ever had!! LOVED this place and will definitely stay here again!!! Marc, the owner, was very responsive and thought of everything that we might need for our stay. We enjoyed the added touches like...a record player, kids games, stocked kitchen, "goodies" upon arrival, etc... This was a warm and inviting home from the moment we arrived to when we left (and the complimentary jam to take with us was a surprise). I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a quaint stay close to downtown.

Such a beautiful property!! And close to town with a secluded feel. Marc was the nicest and goes above and beyond for his guests. He has thought of every detail. Also had a welcoming gift for us. We had a rain day and loved just staying in and enjoying the rental. He sent a ton of recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Made himself easy to contact but we had zero issues.This property is a must stay and we will return.

The house was perfectly decorated for “Weird” Michigan with many collectic decor to bring you back to a relaxing time. Great location to ride the bikes provided to the trials or in town. The extra touches made this stay at the property perfect and the host was simply the best!

Weekend Anniversary Getaway

Marc and Cheryl were excellent hosts. Communication was excellent, the home was very nice, clean and well equipped. The location was perfect, quiet but close to town. Highly recommended and we plan to visit again.

Other guests have posted pictures and they reflect the thought and quality that Marc put into this home. We couldn't have been more "at home" there. Everything was exactly as listed. Marc goes far beyond anything I've experienced at hotels and other rentals. He has anticipated all of your needs. There is just one thing I would suggest for him. I feel terrible that I didn't read the entire listing when we booked our stay. Neither of us read the checkout details. It is a very small ask, nonetheless, we neglected to read it and failed to complete it. When asked about what we need to do, I said, I don't see any notes. So, maybe just a little reminder note by the coffee maker for your neglectful guests.
