After receiving your review, we reached out for clarification and learned about your disability, which we were not aware of previously. Regarding the space between the spa and the safety barrier, we recognize it is limited, but we believe it is adequate for most people to navigate around the spa if necessary. The main access to the spa is at the front through the gate, which offers more room. Concerning the spa itself, it is professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival, so we were surprised by your remark that it "desperately" needed cleaning. During our conversation, you mentioned, "Oh, it wasn't that bad; I was just frustrated that I couldn't manage to get in." Your feedback prompted us to reassess the kitchen. While we found it adequately equipped, we have added some new items for improvement. The games room is a simple garage featuring a table tennis table and a small table for card games; it's not intended to be extravagant, as reflected in our description & photos. We want to assure future guests that our property is well-maintained and thoroughly clean.
