Hacienda 21 - 10 rooms, 6 pools, gym and yoga

Our place was created out of love and passion and made for family friends & groups who want to gather and create memorable moments. Our hacienda, made in a u-shape modern design, is made for you to feel home. All rooms have a private entrance, a full private bathrooms, 5 of them have individual plunge pools. Our common areas count a 15 meter pool, a fire pit, a yoga room, a full gym (cardio and weights), an open outdoor kitchen, and a very large garden for your events and gatherings.
As you book with us, our concierge will support you and guide you in finding the right places, organizing tours, beach bookings, private chefs, bike rentals, massage therapist and almost any other option available for your stay.

Family First Vacation

This was a very beautiful property, and would definitely recommend it to future guest. The pool is so gorgeous, especially at night. It was well needed due to the extremely hot days. The rooms were nice, and spacious. The food was provided by Chef Laura, which was amazing as well. To be transparent the mosquitos were vicious, so make sure you bring repellent, and there's a fire pit that you can burn to help with them as well. Overall I give this property a 9.5. I did make a few minor recommendations which would make it a 10. I would definitely book this property again.

Best Team Retreat Venue!

I've been in coordination with Jerome and his team (Jose, Chef Laura, etc.) a month before the company team retreat event that we have and they are very flexible, easy to work with, and very hospitable. Hands-on to their guests and are taking every action their guests need. They have the best team to take care of your group! We also coordinated transfers and activity with Jerome's team and it went out smoothly. I have nothing else but praise for this team!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food by The Jungle Kitchen, led by Chef Laura, was amazing and 5 stars for all the team members. They are craving it as soon as they get home! If you are looking for a place to spend in Tulum, this is your go-to place!
