Foot in the sand in the Mariscal Beach, prepared to receive up to 16 people, with 4 bedrooms on the first floor overlooking the sea, 2 demi-suites on the ground floor. All equipped with split air conditioning, some with balcony and minibar, one with whirlpool, 5 LCD Tvs with SKY HDTV, internet fiber optic wifi. The house has a full kitchen, laundry, linen room, living room with fireplace, spacious balconies with hammocks and decks, barbecue, wood stove, large grassy yard planted with trees facing the sea, gazebo and large deck. Covered garage for 4 cars and parking spaces for another 6 discovery. With beach equipment.
Optimally located, with supermarket in front, close to restaurants, and 4 km by asphalt of the commercial center of Bombinhas.

Fantástica, estrutura e conforto com pé na areia!

A casa é fantástica! Confortável, estruturada em todos os cômodos, localização perfeita, pode ser usada o ano todo! Já loquei duas vezes e locarei novamente. Super recomendo!

Incrível!

A casa é realmente muito boa e muito grande, os quartos são bem espaçosos e muito confortáveis, o jardim é enorme, localização excelente, de frente para o mar e exatamente na frente de um mercado, muito prático. O Marcelo sempre atendeu a gente muito bem e rapidamente, atendendo a todas as necessidades. Com certeza irei voltar mais vezes! Recomendo muito!!!

Férias perfeitas com a família e amigos!

A casa é simplesmente perfeita. Atende a todas as necessidades. Fomos recebidos com um almoço delicioso feito pela Sra Lê e a Bel (serviço contratado a parte, recomendo). Café da manhã e almoço sempre mto caprichados e saborosos! A casa vai além do anúncio, tem um quintal bem espaçoso com acesso a praia que é bem tranquila. Todos os quartos são ótimos. Limpeza da casa e quartos todos os dias. O proprietário sempre foi muito atencioso, tirando todas as nossas dúvidas (via whatsapp). Tudo feito conforme contratado, mto correto. Com certeza foram dias de mto descanso e diversão. Recomendo e com certeza voltaremos.

Feriado em Mariscal

Estivemos na Casa Quintal do Mar em 5 casais e mais 8 crianças. Passamos bons dias e desfrutamos de ótimos momentos. Casa maravilhosa, equipada, muito espaçosa. Ideal para uma turma grande como era a nossa. O Deck com vista pro mar dispensa comentários e a varanda com churrasqueira é sem duvida divina. Recomendo muito esta casa. Luis Felipe Worm - Lajeado RS

Confortável e charmosa

A casa é bem grande, com suítes confortáveis e espaçosas. As do piso superior, que são 4, possuem, com exceção de uma, frigobar e televisão com TV por assinatura. É bem equipada e com bastante móveis de qualidade e confortáveis. É literalmente pé na areia, basta abrir um pequeno portão no fundo e já pisar na areia da praia, que por sinal é linda, sem muvuca e muito limpa, com água transparente, ondas na medida certa e boa faixa de areia. O atendimento da casa pelo Marcelo e pela Lê é ótimo e sempre que precisamos tivemos assistência imediata. Casa recomendadissima para família grande e que deseja um lugar confortável, aconchegante e uma praia maravilhosa. Parabéns Marcelo e Lê.

Um pedaço do paraíso

O lugar é simplesmente espetacular, a casa, a praia, tem tudo que você precisa. O Marcelo e a Le lhe deixam totalmente a vontade e lhe dão toda a privacidade necessária para usufruir de todo o conforto que a casa oferece. Não fosse por já estar lotada, pegaria mais um final de semana em Dezembro ainda. Voltarei com certeza em 2017. Obrigado pela hospitalidade Marcelo.
