50 years ago converted from a detached garage to a full studio apartment, this unit has one queen size bed with additional airbeds available, full kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower, beautiful "dog park" backyard that is completely fenced-in and safe for pets. Located 2 miles north of downtown St. Petersburg and within walking distance of over 100 businesses including restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, banks, laundromat, dry cleaners. Note: I'm brand new on this website, I am a top superhost with the other website, I have much enhancement to do on this listing, pics are old, etc., I just wanted to get it up and running while I learn my way around this new website. :)
