Sleeps 10 with TV’s, (5 private bedrooms) 5 1/2 baths, 2 furnished laundry rooms, 2 complete furnished kitchens. Family room and dining room that seats 10, game area seats 6, kitchen island seats 4. Home is fully and comfortably furnished, complete with Wi-Fi, spectrum television system, & whole house generator. Rescue horse and donkeys (pets) enjoy being petted by the guests.

This beautiful home was more than we expected. Very clean and comfortable. Location and grounds were amazing. Grandchildren loved the animals! Host was always available with immediate response. Our group all thought place was spectacular. Thanks for hosting us we had a great time!

My vocabulary is not well developed enough to share all the superlatives this house and its host deserve. Great outdoor areas, kitchen, dining room. Perfect for.a large family gathering or 4 or 5 couples interested in exploring the area. Great road biking, access to Lexington, and access to the Bourbon Trail. Thank you Becky!

We had the most wonderful stay at this home! Very clean and beautiful with every possible amenity provided. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms; comfortable beds and showers and the grounds are beautiful. We loved feeding the animals and walking the property. Such a peaceful and fun setting for a family get together I would go back in a heartbeat!

Howard and Rebecca have a beautiful property that is the essence of the Kentucky experience. Nine senior ladies thoroughly enjoyed the beauty and serenity of the location. The house is actually more impressive in person. (My only recommendation for different combinations of guests would be to have 2 single beds in at least one bedroom). We appreciated the variety of kitchen supplies including cookware and spices as we made all our dinners. Also loved the big table for games and dining. An extra bonus was feeding the horse and donkeys with carrots supplied by the host. We enjoyed our tour of Keeneland Race Track, Woodford Reserve, and Shaker Village. Definitely worth the drive to visit the replica of Noah's Ark in Williamstown and further down the road to the Creation Museum--an all day stunning experience. We topped off our visit with a fancy women's lunch at the Glitz--quite memorable. We thank the owners for their welcoming touches including snacks and their delightfulness in sharing this gorgeous home.

This incredible "home" (estate) very much exceeded expectations in every way. It was such an incredible experience to stay in such a magnificent place. Every detail was considered including the bag of apples and carrots left for us to feed the donkeys and horse. The setting was absolutely serene! Everything we wanted to see was 20-25 minutes away so the location was so ideal among the rolling blue hills!

The Perfect Getaway for Our Group of 10!We found this beautiful home near Lexington while planning our annual trip with five couples, and it could not have been more perfect!The home was absolutely wonderful and had everything we could possibly need! There was plenty of space for all 10 of us, and each couple had their own privacy, which made it even better. The setting was so quiet, peaceful, and relaxing!One of our favorite spots was the back porch, where we spent hours catching up, enjoying cocktails, laughing, and watching the gorgeous sunsets. We also enjoyed several dinners and game nights at the expansive dining room table, which was the perfect gathering spot for our group.And the most unexpected and FUN bonus? Our very own little petting zoo! The donkeys and Lucy the horse absolutely stole our hearts! They may have gotten a little spoiled with all the apples and carrots we brought them every time we ventured outside. Such a fun and memorable part of our stay!This home truly checked every box for our group. Beautiful accommodations, plenty of room to spread out, wonderful gathering spaces, and a peaceful setting that made it easy to relax and enjoy time together.We made some wonderful memories here and would absolutely recommend this property, especially for couples or friends traveling together. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

BEST VRBO EVERThis property was everything we hoped for and so much more. Our large group was comfortable the entire time. Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. Beautiful property with a gorgeous drive to get there. The animals were so friendly and took carrots and apples from our hands. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of firewood for the fire pit. The most comfortable bed outside of my own home. There was nothing we needed that we didn’t have. The hosts were wonderful.

We have stayed in several larger VRBOs and this is an exceptional place and host. There were eight in our party and we had plenty of room to spread out but many areas for gathering as well. Especially enjoyed the outside fire pit and the donkeys were fun to interact with. The host was the most responsive and helpful of any place we have stayed

Bourbon trail friends retreat

I cant say enough about this amazing property! We are a group of 5 couples getting together to experience part of the bourbon trail. This home was beautiful, and in stunning horse country. The house had everything we needed, and the owners were so helpful, and friendly.

Wonderful experience staying here. This property was even better than the listing shows. The home is absolutely gorgeous! The beds were comfortable and the hostess was gracious and thought of everything! She even stopped over to let us know that the weather might be dicey one night if we wanted to put our vehicle in the garage. No detail was overlooked and being able to interact with the horse and rescue donkeys just made the stay that much better. We will definitely be returning!

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The home is as advertised with all the amenities you would expect. We feel our property is unique because it is so close to Lexington, Winchester, Paris, Georgetown, and Richmond. We also have the blessing of being nestled in an area that we see wildlife and enjoy peace and quiet.

Our property is quiet and comfortable. There are plenty of areas to walk and enjoy the beauty. Deer, fox, rabbits, and red squirrels ro the farm.
