Walk to Myer, Central Square, Train Station, Cafes, Hospitals & the beautiful Sturt St boulevard. With off street parking. These modern apartments enjoy high quality decor & appliances, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, clothes washing machine & dryer. 2 x TVs & DVD players. Fully airconditioned & gas heating with lovely courtyard & small balcony on the 1st floor.

All linen supplied. (1 x queen bed 2 x single beds 1 x trundle bed Sleeps 5) Rate is for 2 people. Extra $50.00 per person. Sorry we cannot accommodate 5 adults.

Fantastic location in the heart of Ballarat CBD. Excellent off street parking with good clearance. Apartment was well appointed, great gas heater/hot water/super shower and no problems at all. All the family commented on how comfy the beds were.
