Large bright studio of 50 m2, on the garden level, south facing with mountain views not overlooked. Ideally located in a very quiet area, while being close to shops (10 minutes on foot) and the ski resort: Le Prorel Briançon 1200, overlooking, Access to the entire Serre Chevalier area. Well organized, this studio includes: A large living room with a relaxation area, TV, dining and sleeping area (Double bed 140). An independent bedroom with 2 separate 90 cm beds, with large closet, opening onto a French window with view of the garden, A kitchen, near the dining room, well equipped. A bathroom with shower and separate WC. It is equipped with all the necessary comfort: TV corner with sofa, washing machine. Parking in front of the house, ski room. Terrace and garden accessible for playing or eating outside: Table, chairs and easy chairs available. The apartment, presented very clean. A deposit will be requested on arrival, returned on departure, if no damage.

Lovely spacious apartment with super hosts.

Michelle & Alain were wonderful hosts during our 4 month stay. We were learning French albeit slowly and their patience and support was much appreciated. The apartment is as described with space for 3. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our long stay. The beds were all very comfortable. Briançon has some interesting historic sites to visit and plenty of walks to do. We were spending the winter snowboarding so spent most of our time in Chantermerle & Villeneuve which are a short drive away. The closest ski lift to the apartment is the Prorel lift which is a 20 minute walk away. We would recommend this lovely apartment for a long or short stay in Briançon.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans ce charmant appartement où tout était à disposition avec facilité.Mme et M. Charbonnier nous ont accueillies avec une grande gentillesse et disponibilité. Nous leur sommes particulièrement reconnaissantes d'être venus nous chercher en voiture à la gare et de nous y avoir ramenées le jour de notre départ. La beauté des paysages qui entourent leur jolie demeure et tout aussi charmant jardin, nous a ressourcée pour longtemps !

Bon hébergement pour un séjour agréable !

Hôtes très agréables et accueillants... Appartement propre, avec tout ce dont nous avons besoin pour passer un très bon séjour à Briançon et ses alentours. Le petit plus prêt d'un local pour poser ses skis et son matériel.

Situation géographique parfaite , adaptee a nos déplacements pour partir facilement sans aborder Briançon , mais néanmoins proche de la ville pour aller s y promener , tous commerces et restos proches , calme terrasse et belle vue , indépendance compléte tout en ayant de trés bons échanges avec les propriétaires .

Séjour de grande qualité

Du début jusqu'à la fin ces moments dans l'appartement en rez-de-chaussée de Madame Charbonnier ont été très agréables. Les conseils de randonnée de son mari ont été très appréciables. La terrasse permet du petit-déjeuner au dîner des repas détendants car accompagnés du chant des oiseaux. Le confort est impeccable et l'on s'y sent comme chez soi. La proximité de la gare et du centre par un raccourci représente un atout supplémentaire. A renouveler avec joie.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. L'appartement est calme avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes et un joli jardin. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et serviables. M. Charbonnier est venu nous chercher à la gare et nous y a reconduits à la fin de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette location.

Het appartement ligt zeer gunstig t.o.v. Briançon en de omliggende natuurgebieden. De aardige en behulpzame eigenaren hadden veel goede tips. Vanaf het terras heb je een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen.

Perfekt auch für einen längeren Urlaub

Für uns war die Wohnung zu zweit perfekt für unseren dreiwöchigen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, auch bei Hitze angenehm kühl, zu zweit geräumig und alles was für uns wichtig war war vorhanden, inkl bequemen Betten, Waschmaschine und Terrasse. Das Ehepaar Charbonnier war extrem herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie gaben uns sehr viele sehr hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge, Wanderungen, Klettersteige und Quad-Touren. An dieser Stelle noch einmal vielen Dank für alles, wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

Heerlijk verblijf in de bergen

Wij hebben in de appartement heerlijke weken doorgebracht, compact en alles bij de hand, mooie tuin. Hele vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Wel een pré als je Frans spreekt.

Entre Citadelle et Durance

Beau logement spatieux, confortable, bien équipé, avec jardin, idéalement situé par rapport à la ville et à ses commodités et pourtant très au calme. Et quelle vue superbe sur la montagne en face et ses villages ! Propriétaires sympathiques, présents mais très discrets. Nous y avons passé un beau moment et cela nous a beaucoup plu. Merci.

Appartement rdc très bien placé, vue sur les montagnes sans personne devant, idéal pour 1 couple avec 2 enfants (1 grand lit et 2 lits 1 place). Propriétaires très sympa, le mari est féru de randonnées, donc excellent conseils de sa part. Je recommande fortement cette location

Séjour idéal

Michelle et Alain sont à la fois très accueillants et discrets. Les conseils d'Alain nous ont permis de programmer à la lettre une semaine de randonnées magnifiques. Le gîte est très bien équipé et la literie excellente. Un peu excentré, et très calme, il permet de se rendre à pied en ville en peu de temps. Nous recommandons sans réserve ce gîte. Vous ne serez pas déçus de l'accueil.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La location de plain-pied est très fonctionnelle et très bien située à tout point de vue. Merci aux propriétaires pour l’accueil très chaleureux et les précieuses informations concernant les nombreuses randonnées à pied ou à vélo. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
