Gated community with parking, Internet, 700 meters from the beach. Great location. First floor with living room combined with the kitchen, laundry area and a nice barbecue area with patio, and an auxiliary bathroom. Second floor has two bedrooms with split air conditioning and a social bathroom. All parts have windows with great ventilation, free and sunny view. The house is well equipped with linens, bath towels, covers, pillows. In the kitchen has stove with oven, various appliances and kitchenware. and a 32 inch television.
