Grace was a very good host, quickly responding to questions.The condo was a typical beach condo, with great access to the beach and nice ocean view.Our problem with the trip was the jellyfish swarm that defeated the purpose of an oceanfront property as we had to drive all week to other beaches to swim in (e.g. Assateague). No fault of the property, just late August nature.

Breathtaking views of the beach right from the master bedroom and balcony. Views of Glorious sunrises and spectacular sunsets! Parking was easy in 2 designated reserved spots. Well appointed and recently remodeled unit. Our stay was very comfortable. Host was amazing. Answered questions immediately, check-in and out was easy and simple

Excellent Unit.

I've been coming to OC for more than 60 years. This unit did not disappoint. Great location, great beach. Beautiful accommodations. My rental agent, Gracie, was THE BEST!

Oceanfront view from the sky

Clean roomy condo on the 9th floor. Stayed with my wife and 2 boys 8 & 5. My boys loved the pool and watching birds from the balcony. Building has 3 elevator cars and plenty of valet carts to pack/unpack your unit. There was some minor wear and tear but overall very well appointed unit with comfy furniture. I would have liked a king size bed in the master suite but only because that's what the wife and I are used to at home. Also, Grace was very friendly and accommodating when I checked in.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. The view is stunning. The two included parking spaces were a bonus. The property was well-loved and had what my family (four adults and a baby) needed for a fun week at Ocean City.

Property had some cosmetic work that needed done. Refrigerator leaked. Vanity in master bath loose and away from the wall. Screens off track on both doors. Door in living room very hard to open and close. Outlet behind couch broken.
