Great condo, no refund of deposit

We really liked the condo. The manager, Grace, was responsive to emails to pay the deposit etc. I have yet to receive my security deposit back. I have emailed her twice. The next step is the Better Business Bureau. There is no reason i should not receive a full refund. I was planning to book from her next year and had even spoken to her about it. It's very disappointing as she seemed like she would be a good contact for our future vacations.

My family and I have stayed in this condo many times. It is always a wonderful experience. Grace is lovely to work with and the condo itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We look forward to returning next summer.
