Simply the best! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath end-unit Villa is located in the BEACH (w/ PRIVATE ACCESS) front gated complex -Ocean Club in South Forest Beach. A lovely two story Villa that will have you "oohing and ahhing" the minute you walk in the door. The beautiful updated kitchen with sparkling stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops will make preparing meals on vacation actually enjoyable. The open and airy living/dining space is bright and comfortable offering plenty of space to relax, watch a movie or simply visit with family and friends. The back patio with table and chairs is great for entertaining and dining Al fresco. It's also the quickest way to reach the on-site pool.



Two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The large master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and en suite bath with tiled walk-in shower. The pretty guest bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk bed. The guest bath is conveniently located near the guest bedroom and offers a shower/tub combination...perfect for that post beach soak!



Ocean's 13 is welcoming and spacious for your Island getaway and offers everything you could possibly desire. A beach front complex, pool, updated villa, private patio and a boardwalk to the beach! To top things off, South Forest Beach is an ideal location. It is close to restaurants, shopping and the Coligny Beach Park.

The Ocean Club complex is located on the beach and has 52 villas, located in the south Forest Beach area. It has a gated pool with pool deck, lounge chairs and umbrellas. The private boardwalk to the beach is steps away.



NEARBY:

The Lowcountry Celebration Park- Hilton Head Island's newest park. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is an adventure playground featuring a reimagined ship, wading pool, Pavilion, fitness stations and restrooms. A must see for all ages!

Coligny Beach Park: one of the most popular and favorite beaches on the Island. It offers outside showers, restrooms, swings, free WIFI, seasonal beach equipment rentals, walking and biking paths.

Coligny Plaza- has over 60 restaurants and specialty shops. Memorial Day through Labor Day there are events and entertainment for all.

Free parking can be found around the entire Coligny Plaza Complex and is a 10 minute walk from the Villa.

Coligny Theater: Known to have the best popcorn on the Island and is also centrally located.

Van Der Meer Tennis Center-offers clinics and daily programs for all ages and hosts many tournaments annually.

Our family of 5 loved our stay!! The condo was clean, had all the amenities we need, and was the perfect size for us. We loved the close location to the beach and pool. Bike rental was right across the street and all the shops were walkable and/or just a short bike ride away. We appreciated the communication from the owners and would stay here again!

We loved our stay here! The space was clean and quaint. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the condo, but it was centrally located and the perfect comfy place to land after a day of adventuring and playing on the beach (really appreciated the beach buggy + assortment of chairs, beach toys, etc in the outdoor enclosure as we didn’t bring any of that). We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return for a future visit!

Family beach trip

We love this unit and location at Hilton head. Extremely clean, enjoyed all the amenities, especially the back patio with grill and umbrella. The grounds were maintained impeccably as well as the pool. The beach was such an easy, convenient walk, right outside the complex with direct access we would definitely stay here again.

This condo met all the needs of my family of six. It was clean and well stocked. The walk to the beach was so easy. The only negative for us was no bathroom on the first level but it wasn’t a problem at all.

The condo was very well located with a direct pathway to the ocean. Loved just walking out and watching the sunrise. The outdoor area was private and very close to the pool but still had the privacy I enjoyed. The condo was beautiful inside and had a nice place to store our bikes. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head! The condo was centrally located to many restaurants and shops. We were able to walk. We rented bicycles as well and riding was s as lot of fun! We enjoyed the beach and being able to walk to condo was very convenient! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect little condo - Fit our family of six comfortably. Proximity to the beach was ideal. Very well stocked! Only complaint was the beach chairs for use were very uncomfortable. If you are bot flying bring your own!

Great location - perfect for our family

Very convenient to the beach and to Coligny Plaza. We walked up for ice cream and dinner two nights of our stay. Everything was clean and had what we needed. The AC struggles to keep the second floor as cool as we’d like at night, but it’s summer in SC! And they had lots of plug in fans that we used just fine.

Wonderful Condo!

This is such a beautifully updated condo. Wonderful location. 10 minute casual walk to shopping/restaurants. The complex itself is beautiful. Property has such pretty landscaping and makes the walk to the beach even more enjoyable. We had our 3 small children with us and the condo was plenty large enough for all of us and their toys. We would love to come back next year!

As a fellow condo owner on HHI, this did my heart well to see a listing that was pretty spot on to reality. I would say, that a deep clean would be helpful (under couches, etc), but all in all it was a great condo. Loved Ocean Club!

Great place! Wish we had it the full reservation time

Wonderful condo close to the beach and pool. It was a more secluded condo compared to the rest of the complex. However, the check in time for the first day was not til 5 pm and we were asked to leave by 10 am on the last day. So our planned 5 day trip was more 3.5 days. I could see not wanting to pay cleaning staff on the weekend but really cut into the trip. We would definitely come again, but would consider making a longer reservation.

Great family vacation

This is an amazing condo complex and we really enjoyed this condo unit. It had everything we needed and really liked that it was tucked back into its own little corner. There are a few personal preferences we wish would have been available such as containers for leftovers as we cooked every meal in the condo and more hooks in the bathroom to hang things but those are just minor preferences. FYI if you go in beginning of April when we were there the White Marked Tussock Moth Caterpillars were EVERYWHERE and you have dodge touching them because they can cause a bad reaction/rash so please don't touch them if you go in April and think they are harmless! Would definitely rent this property again.

Nice and convenient location

The unit was very clean and was very convenient to everything. There are a few things that need to addressed though. The stairs are very scary and you really need to watch your step going down. The ice maker didn’t work and the beach chairs leave a lot to be desired. There was no wagon to take things to the beach as stated in the visitor’s book. Other than that, it was great and we had a wonderful time.
